TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I ordered a pizza for delivery and they delivered it to the wrong house!!! I called them immediately after receiving a text that “ my order was delivered” the lady who answered was super rude telling me it was “MY FAULT” they delivered it to the wrong floor I did ask for a refund and she told me to “go get the food from my neighbor “ I told her absolutely NOT!! with Covid and everything no thank you I’ll pass I just want a refund she stated she’s making another pizza and before I can even think about a refund she personally is going to my neighbors house (I’m not sure how that’s going to get me a refund but um ok I guess) I am clearly telling you that I live on the 2nd fl and your delivery driver stated he delivered it to the 1st floor to a man “with long hair” there’s all the proof you need! All of this took place before me finding out that the delivery driver actually banged on the downstairs door and when he opened the door the “guy with the long hair” told him I don’t believe that’s our pizza but the delivery guy just was pushing the pizza to him saying “HERE HERE” so that point he figured maybe his wife ordered it and ended up giving him a tip and took the pizza! Now where exactly is this my fault??? They had my number why not just call me? I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN PLEASE...

My girlfriend and I have fallen in love with this place, the garlic knots are fantastic, the Stromboli is delicious, the steak sandwich on focaccia is amazing, and they are incredibly kind and accommodating! I requested to add sausage to the chicken broccoli Alfredo, and not only did they give me a massive portion, but my addition of sausage didn’t allure them to skimp out on the other toppings. This was the creamiest and most flavorful Alfredo sauce I’ve had, probably ever. Please take some of these other reviews with a grain of salt, people today can be rude, spiteful and deceitful. Don't go here. I ordered two dinners for my sister and a friend at 8:50 pm. They close at 10 pm, so there was plenty of time to prepare the meals and deliver them. I repeated my address three times, spelled out my street correctly, had them repeat the order, and over an hour later, the delivery never arrived. When I called them close to 10 (three separate times), nobody picked up, presumably because they thought we were a new order and didn't want to answer the phone. Thankfully, we told them we'd pay in cash, so at least we didn't lose any money on this. Never...
