Worst experience ever. Legit LAST 3 TIMES THEY HAVE SCREWED UP MY ORDER. This last time I was fed up enough to call the local store - they kept hanging up the phone, mind you this is a Saturday night so they should be on it - instead they just don’t want to be there. ALL I GOT LAST ORDER WAS 2 DRINKS AND NEW STREET TACOS. One order! They forget the cream sauces and hot sauces and my drink was overflowing. At drive through he hands me napkins to do it, while it’s still in his hands. WTH WHY COULDN’T YOU JUST FIX IT? This store is lazy. Asked for a manager, they wouldn’t get them. Tried to call customer service, apparently they close at 7? Worst service ever, wouldn’t even give it one star. -1 actually since I’m wasting gas sitting back in line now for a mistake they consistently make and act like I’m asking too much. Again, got 3 things 2 were drinks. Only 1 was correct. Never going here again. — update, went back through, kept my cool, THEY THREW IT IN THE BAG DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT BEFORE I SAW THIS. And ps, granted the new street tacos are new and I hadn’t ordered them before but ON THE MENU it has a dipping sauce next to the picture! Why would you put it on there and not say in some sort of context it comes on there already? But never mind that, instead of nicely telling me THE GM gets pissy and raises her voice, has attitude - whole 9 yards because they threw it in the bag and it was everywhere. All cuz she says the sauce is already on there, automatically she thinks she’s in the right and gets to treat people this way?? I won’t ever be back. This is by far the worst experience in fast food/restaurant PERIOD I have ever been to!! Needs to be shut the hell down. Will post about how horrible this service is everywhere I can. People shouldn’t be treated like that WHEN WE GIVE YOU OUR MONEY. You chose the job! Don’t get attitude with me because you can’t calmly explain something. She bunched the bag up and trashed it - I asked to be refunded if I needed my card inside - she wouldn’t answer me. Then 30 seconds later says I need your card. She is an absolute joke as a GM. Hope you enjoy your pathetic food y’all make. I’m sure yours you make good though for yourself though, and screw the rest of us actually paying. That’s why this job is the best you can get. Never will be back again. Wouldn’t want even a $100 credit to be back, no amount of money can fix this, will make sure the entire Tri-Cities knows the service you get if you go to Blountville Taco Bell. Horrible service. Ps, will be contacting both the health department/inspector of TN and regional manager as high as I can go on the business chain! Had it with people like this! Read moreThey are always rude. Every time my wife and I go there to order for our selves they aren’t as rude as what they are to their dashers. I’m a door dasher and I called them because I know they close at 1am because I received an order at 1:40am. Sometimes they have an order even after they close so I was calling to make sure and the girl was rude and told me 3 times they were closed and couldn’t do the order after making me repeat my self 2 times. As a dasher they make me call the store when I arrive anyway. They need to be removed from DoorDash because the customers I have delivered to in the past complain to me about their food and I have to explain to them all I do is pick up and drop off. I don’t make or bag the food! I have stopped getting food from here I go else where if I’m hungry. They are also dirty. Read moreThe young woman (I think maybe Layla was her name but I am not certain) and young man who were working the drive through this evening around 8:15 went above and beyond. Very courteous to begin with but when first I had trouble with the app then out of being exhausted from working 13+ hours today I ordered at the wrong location even though the app literally said I was right beside of it. Anyway the young lady paid for my food. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such kindness from anyone in this type of business. She most definitely deserves a raise in my opinion.
