Vivaldi's Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

Ordered online for the first time tonight. We used coupon #11 which came with a large cheese, large house salad and 10 wings for $25. Yeah.. I said $25 which is a great deal for all that food.

Pizza - the pizza was just how I like it. A little char on the crust and under carriage and just a classic cheese. The pizza did arrive a bit room temp and would’ve preferred a hotter pie but next time will try pickup to see if this changes the temp.

Salad - the salad was big! Filled with tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, onion, lettuce and paired with golden Italian dressing it was very delicious and enough for 4 people. It was paired with 2 little pieces of garlic bread which unfortunately tasted days old and was even a little raw in the middle.

Wings - 10 big, meaty, slightly crispy wings. Tossed in honey hot sauce which featured sweet yet spicy notes that just had me wanting more. Missing a dressing though. No ranch or blue cheese for dip which is expected with an order of wings.

Overall a positive experience. Online order was easy and the delivery driver was very nice and right on time. We will definitely try it again and to see if we can...

More annoyed than anything, food is good and staff is usually good, especially when there have been never ending mix ups with the slice app. My annoyance is tonight's order. Ordered 2 x-large pizza's, 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. I requested the cheese being square cut because it's being shared with children, a party size is TOO MUCH and an x-large pie cut is NOT ENOUGH for the cheese only eaters(which I have done MANY times in the past with no issue) but this time the worker called my mom(had her number instead of mine) claiming they don't do that, and they will THIS TIME but not again in the future because "they're pizza is cut the way it's cut". Why can't you just do square cut though? Is it hard to cut into squares instead of pie by request of the paying customer? Money saving tactic is the only reason I can come up with for this choice. Our food just got here and they did not square cut the pizza "this time" like they said. Again I'm more annoyed than anything but so annoyed that I may not order again which sucks cause I actually like their pizza but unfortunately we need square cut in...

Tried Vivaldi’s for the first time tonight since they sent us a flier in the mail. We got coupon order #16 FAMILY NIGHT FOR $50 2 LG 16” Cheese Pizzas, 20 Wings, LG French Fries, Garlic Bread & 2L Soda. Great value— the whole family is fed and there are plenty of left overs!

The pizza was pretty good! The sauce was good and the toppings are on good quality. My only complaint is that one was supposed to be just cheese, and one was supposed to have both mushroom and sausage. We just picked the sausage off one pizza and added it to the mushroom pizza so the kids could have their cheese pizza.

The online platform easy to use— I was able to ask they split my wing flavors so we could sample two different kinds. Honey heat is soooo good! Packs a nice little punch but isn’t too overwhelming. The only suggestion I can give is to create the option for a custom tip instead of specific percentages, or the option for a cash tip.

We will definitely order again...
