Subway — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

The 2 stars are for the food...While I stood looking at the bread on display while waiting for the individual behind the counter who was finishing up an order. I ask her if she knew the bread in the display case was "growing hair". Those are just for display...I nicely suggested she toss those. Now, I am the only person in the store, and she never actually greeted me. She just bangs some metal pans and she does not ask what kind of bread I want instead pulls out a plain 6" roll and ask me what I want on it. I stopped her and told her a foot long etc. All the while she's banging bread pans around. I ask for dressing on the bread and she ignores me. She finishes the meats and starts to put the vegetables on the sandwich. I again ask her to put the vingerette on the bread. At this point this woman has a major bad attitude, anger body language. I look over and the young person at the register looks like she fears for her life. I love Subway chocolate chip cookies but there only one on the tray and one that looks like it's stuck to the glass and maybe someone could have taken a bite out of it. I'm sure it was just broken but after the moldy bread display...hard pass. I asked do you have any other choc chip cookies. And I received a blank...

This location continues to disappoint with the laziness of the staff, the poor sandwich artistry, and the terrible dining conditions.

For starters, the kid with the unkept dreadlocks at the protein section of sandwich station chose not fill our footlong tuna with the appropriate amount of tuna because he was too lazy to refill the container in the table. The kid at the topping station simply chose to cover up the situation with an oversized helping of lettuce. We were left with only half of the sandwich containing about 1 scoop of tuna and the other half had no tuna at all. Thirteen dollars is a lot for lettuce and an Italian loaf.

After arriving at the register to pay for our tuna-laced Italian loaf covered in lettuce, the cashier didn’t know how to scan my rewards code with the lettuce attendant telling her that the scanner doesn’t work. None of the peripherals have ever worked at this terminal at anytime we have visited this location.

No one must drink water in BA either since the lever for water on the drink fountain appears to have been broken for an unforeseeable number of weeks if not months.

Needless to say this will be the last time I or my family visits this location perhaps any Subway at all. If I could leave zero...

It took forever for our two sandwiches to be made. My sandwich was made twice because the employee burned the first one. After waiting & waiting, she struggled & couldn’t cut a sandwich in half & had to ask another employee for help who was busy cashing out another customer that arrived AFTER us and got her food before us (this never happens at any Subway). Flies were flying all over the veggies including my son’s sandwich which they also forgot about. His unfinished sandwich had been sitting there completely open, flies flying over it, while they were already ringing up my first sandwich, when my order was not even completed. I had to ask them to please get my son’s sandwich which I was so grossed out at this point feeding it to my child. The flies also landed on others customers sandwiches while the employees were MAKING them. The customers said something to the employees, the sandwiches were NOT remade nor charges waived. The sandwiches were flavorless. No manager came out to assist or check on these young kids who were struggling and needed help. I will never return to...
