I ordered on the app, thinking it would make picking up a breeze. I got there and could see the employees wandering around and I assumed my order must be ready. Upon entering I was greeted with "Don't tell me you're here for the mobile order..." and then they proceeded to tell me they were out of one of the breads for one of the sandwiches I ordered, so they did not make ANY of my order. They claimed they could not get in touch with me, but they recited my phone number in the most incredibly dyslexic manner possible. Since I had already paid online, I waited for them to make my sandwiches, but I had to walk them through it since they had already lost the order receipt (they started looking around for it ON THE FLOOR, I will add). I could not tell them more than one ingredient at a time. Everyone in there seemed to be high, careless, and could not remember three seconds beyond the last bit of conversation. The lackadaisical woman floundering around asked me if I was okay with her turning up the music while the high guy was still struggling to finish my order, to which I simply gave no response. This was the only bad experience I have ever had in a Subway, and definitely the worst experience in any restaurant I can remember. Not returning to this location. Read moreOn Sunday, we had ordered a couple subs through the app. When we went to pick them up, we were told by the 2 teenage boys that were by themselves (no manager in sight) that they were out of turkey, ham, chicken, etc. therefore one of the subs had to be completely different (which is totally fine and manageable), but when we got home and I opened up my BLT sandwich there were 3 total pieces on the sandwich. 2 on one side and 1 on the other. We no longer wanted them at this point and just wanted a refund. The subway app has no way of taking care of refunds through the app so you have to go back to the store to request one. I have left my number now with 2 different people and one person that said she is the manager that just took over the store 2 weeks ago. It’s has been several days and no response from anyone. All I want is a refund. Especially since we took the sandwiches back and threw them away...
Read moreFirst time and will be the last time visiting this location. Did a mobile order so I wouldn’t have to wait. Got there well after food should have been made and they hadn’t even started it. There was only two people in line too. There was just so much wrong..too much to even put in here. For one the lady employee who was helping Shawn was hiding in the back doing nothing. He was chatting it up, taking too long visiting with the two people in line while she could have already had all my food made. Aggravating thing was I saw my receipt there before they even started the two in person people. Should’ve started the Mobile order way in advance. And then she made my sandwich wrong so she had to start over. Forgot items & made items wrong. Just a complete disaster. Franchise owner definitely needs to rethink who they have...
