Subway — Restaurant in Broken Bow

Yikes. They had someone in training when I went in this morning. That person was great! The others - awful. The place was a mess. They had a large order they were working on, but then because of that weren't serving or acknowledging customers in the store. A woman asked for more tea 4 times before anyone acknowledged her, then once they finally did, they just said "I don’t know what's wrong with the machine" and didn't help her. The lady working the cash register kept yelling at people in the back to do things. The gal in training was the only one who acknowledged me after several minutes of standing and waiting in line. She, unfortunately because she was in training, couldn't help me because she didn't know how, but at least she tried! There were two people in the back who wouldn't come out and help. There were no cookies. It was just a hot mess. My husband coincidently was the person with the large order that they were working on, and they messed up almost every single sandwich AND forgot 3 of the sandwiches, so we had to go back. We gave them 2.5 hours to prep the order too. To add insult to injury, when we went back to have them make the sandwiches that they forgot, THEY MADE US PAY FOR THEM AGAIN!!! I used the subway app to get buy 2 get one free. When I picked up my order there were only 2 sandwiches. They refused to make me my free sandwich and were very rude. Even after I showed them the app special and my receipt they still wouldn’t make my sandwich and then just ignored me and started helping...

Couldn’t make my sandwich like i wanted it made all because of supposedly corporate said no extra vegetables so Subway isn’t make ur sandwich the way you want it anymore. If im paying for a sub i should be able to make it the way i wanted it. We spend alot on subway but guess we’re done...
