Felt incredibly disrespected and unwelcome. My boyfriend and tried it for the first time tonight and when asking for a milkshake with Oreos mixed in (a very common request/ option at most if not all other icecream or shake places I have been to) I was harshly told no by the man who was not even taking care of me, the woman who was helping me just looked to the man and let him speak to me so rudely when asking a simple question. He proceeded to explain that he won’t mix in oreo pieces because they would break the milkshake maker (which if that is the case, then milkshakes may not be a good menu item, because mix ins are quite a common request) but I said I understood and then asked if I could just have them on top, as a topping which I was then denied again, and harshly told no because “ You wouldn’t be able to get them through your straw anyway”. It was quite an odd excuse when denying a topping of oreos but the man made me feel so inferior that I almost couldn’t order anything because of his intimidating, rude nature. I finally just chose a random milkshake because I wanted to leave the negative energy ASAP but then he continued to rudely raise his voice at me and say “if you want oreos get cookies and cream” over and over again until I finally acknowledged him again and politely denied it because his coworker and what seemed like wife was already in the middle of making the one I quickly picked so we could leave. I have never felt so offended when simply asking for a mix in/ top in at a milkshake place. We will not be back, one of the least helpful and negative icecream shops I...
Read moreThe owner that responds has some weak come backs. Looks like children aren't welcomed at all. Lots of yelling at kids for looking at the fish tank. Isn't it there for customers to look at? Yes the kids will touch the glass but never seen any child smacking at it or doing anything inappropriate. They didn't like how a parent picked their child up to see the ice cream flavors. Just the other day a lady came in with a small 4lb dog. And she got scolded about it. He didn't even ask if it was a service dog or nothing just went up to the lady and said something dumb I'm sure. Didn't bother me. It was cute! And she held the little dog the whole time. Was in the building for like 6 minutes. Use to come here all the time. But now it will be never!!! Thanks for showing ur true colors and made me realize that I was supporting such a rude company. No need for ur ridiculous come backs. Thanks. But if you do, Im sure it will be a...
Read moreI was in the neighborhood and decided to stop to get a milkshake from Charlie and tango. When I got there, there was a whole group of people in there it looked like a whole entire family, there were a lot of them. No one spoke to me but I waited patiently at the counter. Then when the gentleman approached me I told him what I wanted and he said well it will be about 15 to 20 minutes. I was confused on why he said that. It was obvious that they were busy so I expected to wait. Then he says well you can't expect for me to make your milkshake ahead of everybody else in here it's first come first serve. Again super confused on his logic I didn't think I gave the impression that I was being impatient. So instead of waiting I left. He made me feel unwelcome. Like he didn't want to wait on me at all. The worst first experience I have ever had. So I...
