Subway — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I ordered a sandwich from this subway through DoorDash and I got it cold. I made a call and there was a nice woman over the phone who let me know that I could bring the receipt back and get it remade, so I did the next day. The manager was there and I explained the situation instead of apologizing for the sandwich she was more concerned that the woman had let me know I could come back and it wasn’t her place to do that. She continuously told me that she was the manager (okay i understand but at this point I don’t care) she said many times almost in a bragging manner. But regardless I was very polite and respectful. I waited and did get the sandwich remade but it was STILL cold! I didn’t bother going back in because at this point I was aggravated and while being in there, the employees making other people’s sandwiches were extremely rude and had very bad attitudes! One of them actually got into a little confrontation with one of the customers while being in there. Manager standing right there and didn’t intervene at all. I picked up a bag of chips and the manager looked me up and down rudely and then proceeded to say something about how we have to pay for the chips.. actually we didn’t have to because I was supposed to get the whole order remade which was the sandwich, cookies, and a bag of chips. But only got the sandwich not the other two things. Chips got paid for but still. I would never go back! Terrible management!! Food was awful!!! And it used to be good so I’m not sure if management...

I really wished there was an option to put zero stars 😒 I LOVE subway and this is the worst one that I have ever been to. I stopped there once to get a sandwich and the woman had the worst attitude ever. I'm almost positive she overcharged be considering I've never paid $40 for two sandwiches ever. So I haven't gone back in months because everytime that I went the oven was broken. So I decided to go today and I went in and they all still have the worst attitudes I have ever seen and she didn't put hardly any meat on my sandwich and everytime I said I wanted something on my sandwich she just rolled her eyes and threw it on the bread. Then she cut my sandwich with the same knife that she cut the ladies in front of mine with. I will not be returning to this subway and I will for sure tell everyone ik not to stop at this one!! So I RATE THIS ZERO STARS...

I placed an online order and I waited until I got home to check my food, a mistake that will never happen again. I order two The Boss series footlong subway sandwich. They didn't put the Belgioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese, and extra marinara sauce on the sandwiches. Plus I ask for the sandwiches to be cut in threes instead of just in half. If the app gave me the option you should honor the option or take it off the app. Why half do a job you get...
