I placed an order through the Casey’s app It would not accept my credit card payment so I called the store on 8th St in Brookings , SD. Kylie answered the phone. Normally I don't have any problems with Casey's, but, today I ordered a pizza and was told 20 minutes, so, waited in my car, went back in and stood there for a good 15 min., until if they could help me. Turns out the girl who was suppose to make my pizza just walked out and didn't make it. Guess her shift was over. REALLY? The other workers were nice and apologized and made my pizza. They were great, but, the girl needs to get talked to...

Not bad in the day time, but the night staff is atrocious. They quit making coffee at 5 and give less than 50% effort the moment the day staff leaves. They're rude and I'm about 90% sure they're all stoned. The food is terrible at night because the people making it, literally don't care. AVOID THE 8TH ST SOUTH STORE! I've only ever hear people say bad things about the staff at night there. How they still have jobs...
