Mattress By Appointment — Local services in Brookings Township

Well I manage a hotel and know a lot about beds. When I decided to buy new I wanted to buy from someone who knows a lot about beds not just a floor sales person who let's you bounce on their mattresses and tells you to choose the one that feels the best. This young couple went out of their way to advise me and help me choose the right bed for me. Oh, and they did let me bounce on the mattresses too. They delivered my set to me and Jim was there to supervise and coach his helpers on how to move mattresses correctly, which really impressed me by the way. After too many years we decided to it was time to replace our mattress. My wife suggested we try Mattress By Appointment since she had many good things. The reviews also supported this choice. Although I wasn't sure what we'd find, I was pleasantly surprised by the choice, price, owners, (Kandy and James), and the fact that it was local. (Not a paid review). Overall great experience. Gus was very knowledgeable on mattresses and who he is selling to. They do deliveries, have a warranty on the mattress for 10 years also. You can also buy mattress protectors, box springs and a few more bed related items. I did not feel like they pressured me to spend more money when I was purchasing. Appointments are great because you can pick out a mattress without other customers getting in the way. Would recommend for anyone looking...
