I love Culver's. Sadly my experience at the Brooklyn Park, MN (store 194) location was awful. Gave us the wrong order, pointed that out and they said we were wrong. Demanding we give back the wrong items, (which I did) still not agreeing to give us what we ordered. I told them that's absurd (covid and all) and was clear I had touched the food. They then tried to sell me the wrong order food, telling me I could pay them for it if I wanted it. Why would I want food multiple people have handed and that we didn't want?! We were being assisted by a calm and friendly woman before she was pushed aside by some blonde woman (Tiffany) who just stared at us, then stated "why are you here? I said "what?" She aggressively said, "what do you want?" We were confused, we were already being helped and from out of nowhere this woman (Tiffany) interjected herself and changed the whole tone of the situation. She yelled at us, demanding we tell her what this was all about. We tried to catch her up and she was antagonistic and disrespectful. I asked if they won't give us our food then can we please have a refund. Tiffany refused, stating "We don't do that here." I said, "Please, give us our food or give us a refund, this is ridiculous." Telling me to shut up, she closed the window. Someone told us to pull forward. As we waited we tried to asked an employee who brought out some food, who we had been dealing with and they weren't sure as they were new. Finally the first lady who had helped us brought out a burger, she helped answer our questions about who we had been dealing with. (As we leftn I opened the burger and found it was the same burger I returned only they had added bacon.) As that was happening, Tiffany opened the door and then began yelling at her because she was trying to help us and speak with us about what happened. They never did give us the food we ordered. Instead gave us the same burger 5 people handled with their addition of bacon now on it. We never received the onion rings we ordered yet they claim we ordered fries, (we didn't get those either). We will hold Culver's responsible if we get covid from this visit. Giving us contaminated food handled by 5 different people, having left the store, returned, altered and then passed off to the customer as a new burger, all during a pandemic. This is criminal neglect and aggravated assault. It's also a breach of company procedures and a health code violation. By not giving us what we ordered or allowing a refund, Culver's corporation has stolen money from us. This whole experience will never be forgotten. It will also keep us from wanting to return to any Culver's business.
Update: The person who recieved and ate the burger in question has been sick for the last 24 hours in constant pain and...

Read moreWent through the drive-through at Culver’s today. Got home with our food and the fish dinner was a complete disaster inside the package. My wife called and asked to speak to the manager and he said this is and she explained the situation we sat there in silence, waiting for a response and got absolutely nothing it was dead quiet. We asked if he was there and he said yes, and it was quiet again. We asked if he was going to respond to our concern and he literally went blah blah blah blah blah on the phone we asked for his name and he spoke gibberish. We asked him are you serious and do you not care about what happened and he started speaking in some weird made up language. So as my wife was on the phone, I said I would come up and have a conversation with him about our meal. I arrive at Culver’s. And politely asked to speak to the manager and they had the receipt there, but Said, the manager who was on the phone with us had just left. I politely asked for his Manager‘s name and way to contact him and the manager that I was talking to you seemed confused. I asked again how do I talk to that person‘s boss and was told to go on my phone to Culver’s website. I asked who can I speak to in person about the rude and ridiculous behavior that we were given on the phone And still was looked at with confusion. I said is there a phone number in the back that you could get me so I could talk to someone important and the manager that was there left To go to the back. I waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came back. I’m gonna post this negative review daily until someone reaches out to me and I’m not gonna go to any website as all the other reviews tell you to do. Someone could do the courtesy of talking to...
