Subway — Restaurant in Brooklyn Center

Was there at around 7:45 the door was locked with a sign that says to press buzzer. The blonde girl inside would not open the door. We were eventually let on by a customer leaving. The girl had everything inside disassembled. When asked if she was closed her boyfriend who was sitting at a table said no she is cleaning. The customer in front of me started her order, but after seeing she did wash her hands and that all the meat and veggies and condiments were stacked out of the cooler and ontop of each other me and the customer behind me walked out. As I sat in the parking lot choosing where else to eat.... I see the customer who was in front of me getting ready to walk out without a sandwich. I then notice the boyfriend of the worker yelling and arguing with this customer getting in her face and then the worker doing the same and when the customer made a call the worker was dragging her boyfriend to the back room I don’t know what this employee was doing or thinking but this was by far the worst thing I have seen customer service wise... and after 3 customers left I can only imagine how many more left in the remaining 3 hours of business they were open. She was not letting your customers in, and even if they did get in nobody would want to see the condition the store was in...

Walked in at 10:15pm I WISH i would’ve gotten a picture of the nastiness First of all your cook or whatever had on her shirt as a crop top showing her belly button. Her disgust self kept pulling up her pants with her gloves on , and she had blonde hair up in a big bun with no hair net or hat SECOND THERE WAS A DEAD BUG IN YOUR CHICKEN, my husband told her about it and she said “i grabbed the chicken that wasnt touching it” NASTY ! Gladly will be calling health inspection , also your website says you close at 11? Your girl closed at 10:20 (I would rather eat at Xin Xin so i picked up some food there) but there was cars parked when i walked out to my car from there and she had closed (I have a picture) while she took her sweet time to get to us she was talking about fighting the people in front of us so she probably had better things to do huh? 😂 oh no subway never again. I really hope you guys do something about this bug issue because thats disgusting. Walked out and all she said was “alright bye”. Dead bugs and belly button in your food if you eat...

This review is about a worker named Jason - he has a Jason cross tattoo, give him love when you see him. I stepped into Subway for the 1st time in a couple years to grab a late night bite. There was a line & one worker - Jason. I want to shout him out because he was so kind and courteous as he juggled online orders and servicing the people in line.

Yes, we did wait longer than normal, but that’s a tough gig. He legit had to whip up 5 sandwiches for an online order as the guy waited for it & he managed the line waiting. When it was my turn I commented, “Busy night, huh?” To which he responded, “yes, but I’m okay with it because it keeps my mind busy”. It turns out his mother passed away yesterday, this is so heavy. So many people are not showing up for work because they just don’t want to & here Jason is showing up after such a tough day & he was so polite & thorough.
