GoCha Teahouse — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

We were in the area so we decided to stop by this bubble tea place. At first glance I loved the modern decor and instagrammable wall with paper flower decor. It was slightly busy inside so I could tell that it's a popular spot in town.

I usually veer towards tradition flavors and one of the ones I was most excited to try was the black sugar milk tea. It's similar to "brown sugar" bubble tea typically found in other bubble tea shops. It tasted really amazing once I used the straw to mix it up. Perfectly sweet with hints of caramel flavor.

I loved how the tapioca pearls were freshly made - I could tell because they were warm and sweet !

The service was really fast for how busy it was and I appreciated that since we had a long drive ahead.

I felt like the sizes were larger than at other bubble tea shops, comparitively. Totally worth the price, which was typical for bubble tea - around $4.50.

A little sad I live so far from this place because it was a nice little bubble tea shop! I'll remember to stop by when I'm in...

Disappointed & sad that I asked for no ice in my large signature milk tea drink and they gave me my drink 3/4 of the way full. I found it unacceptable that THEY REFUSED TO FILL IT UP TO THE TOP LIKE THE REST OF THE ICED DRINKS in my order because "All Sales Final".

We were supposed to review our order before finalizing payment (which we did). They didn't say I would get a "medium drink" instead of the "large drink" in which I PAID FOR! 😢 I didn't expect that my drink would be filled literally at where the top of their business logo is on the cup.

I guess because I asked for my drink with no ice, that means I don't get a full drink and I don't get what I pay for. Bad service on their part for not making this clear to customers. Other people have also had this experience here before me so be careful when ordering here in case they do this to you if you order a cold drink without ice and you're a serious milk tea...

I’ve been here twice and had no problems. Was wanting tea and decided to treat my sister. Today they made my bubble tea and I didn’t like it. Made an honest mistake thinking it was the one I bought before. Because of that they were very rude and had an attitude because I didn’t like my drink. Instead of making another drink I get a whole lecture and attitude on the drink they had already made me. Wasn’t rude to them once until they continuously kept being rude towards me about the drink I didn’t like. The whole time there was no other customer besides me and my sister so they weren’t busy or waiting on other customers to help. Just rude for no reason. They made me another drink tho since they already took my money and honestly had better done so or it really would’ve been a problem. I will NEVER EVER go here again! FYI my rating is 0 stars.
