We are long time Marcos customers and every other location is always more than happy to accommodate our special requests. In fact this very location has accommodated our request in the past. However today when I went to order my regular order the GM Jeremy told me he was happy to loose a customer instead of putting pineapple in my calzone. And said he would look into whoever had honored my request in the past to punish them. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. This person should never be the GM much less an entry level customer service associate. Will be contacting corporate as Jeremy instructed me to do when he happily agreed to never have our family order from Marco’s.

However lately there's been a website change which apparently now "no contact" means they will knock/ring and wait for you to accept your pizza.NOT no contact. It's a hassle getting my little dog before opening the door, and sometimes being on the phone(work from home) and having the ruckus.The guy tonight saw our "Do not knock or ring" sign and rang anyway and then said "I wasn't sure what to do"..um..leave the pizza like you all used to for months and months?This has become a hassle unfortunately. When I called the next day to let them know their food got us sick, the woman said “And why are you telling us this?” And I said to let you know your foods contaminated so you can look into it and make sure know one else gets sick.
