EDIT: Have been back a few times now and the service has improved a lot and the food is always really consistent and good. Has become a staple for a place for us to grab pizza, although it still is a bit expensive. Glad to see it!
Ordered takeout on a Friday night. Understandably really busy, my order took about 20 minutes on top of the 30 I was quoted, but no big deal. Glad I checked before I drove away because I got the wrong pizza. Went back in and was told another would take "quite a while". The cashier did seem disappointed they got it wrong but also sort of tried to talk me out of getting the replacement (they had already taken the other pizza back to the kitchen though). I said no worries and waited for about 20-30 minutes for the replacement. Honestly not bad considering how busy they were, but at this point I had been standing around for almost an hour after my quoted pickup time. I asked if I could get half off my pizza, or a coupon for next time, because I saw a few people either claim or get those while I had been waiting, but I was told no.
The pizza itself was honestly really good, maybe a little overpriced but better than any national chain I can think of. I had an 8-corner, well done, and it was cooked perfectly. The toppings were all fresh, except for mushrooms, which were canned and not my thing, but that's more a personal preference.
My advice would be to wait for this place to cool down a bit after opening and hopefully the service will improve a little and they will be less overwhelmed with orders. I will definitely give it another shot though, maybe not on a Friday, and...

They managed to somehow put barbecue sauce on a cheese pizza and tomato sauce on the BBQ chicken pizza.
All pizzas were way overdone, burnt in several spots. They almost gave me an extra pizza when I picked it up before I noticed one too many boxes, so if I was less attentive somebody would have lost their pizza.
The wings were pathetic (including multiple of those super tiny drumsticks the size of your pinky) and were somehow burnt, which I didn't know was possible with wings. First time a pizza place has charged me for a dipping sauce with wings, too. Salad was fine if you like them topped by an entire can of black olives.
Placed a walk-in order at 5pm where I was told there were zero other orders being prepared so it would be 15-20 minutes. There were like 7-8 people working so I figured it'd work out well. It took 40 minutes and maybe some of that time could have been saved by taking the pizzas and wings out sooner!
I give so many restaurants the benefit of the doubt on bad nights but there were zero redeeming elements of...

Pizza was okay... I don't want to trash the company in this review but the tomato sauce didn't have any flavor and even had a chemical-like aftertaste -- didn't finish the pizza.
Also, $83 for a 8 corner pie, salad, and wings??? Yikes! Good thing they're in a neighborhood with all that Anthem development money.
EDIT: Updating this review 4 months later from the original review. Knocking the review down from 3 stars to 1 star. I was trying to be understanding about a new store opening and growing pains. So I decided to take another chance with Jet's in Broomfield on Saturday.
This past Saturday, I selected the "light cheese" option when building the pizza from the online form. Apparently what that means is no tomato sauce. Like how do you forget to put tomato sauce on a pizza?!
Get it together guys. Especially for the exorbitant prices you...
