Brain Freeze Snowballs — Restaurant in Broussard

Snowballs are absolutely delicious but service was not good the last time I went. I understand they are busy and I patiently waited in line for hour to hour and half and I repeated my order and my order was repeated back to me but when I got to the window to pay and get my items I asked about missing item and I was told you only ordered one I said I asked for and the attitude I received from the lady I decided to just say God bless you thank you and drive off. I understood she was frustrated and under stress from the busy flow but no need to be so rude to a customer. I refuse to go back. I would have paid for the item I wasn't charged for but asked for when I placed my order and parked on the side and waited for it to be...

OK, I understand that they make a pretty good snow ball, but they absolutely need to work on their speed of serving the customer. We waited over an hour in a line that had maybe 6 cars in front of us. They were averaging 12 minutes per car to serve the customer (yes, we started timing it because we were waiting for so long). If I had a way to drive my little car out of the line, I would have just left, but I didn't want to get stuck drivong through their yard. Not sure I would go back unless I happened to drive by and see that there was only 1 car...

The more I’ve been going to snowball places, the more I realize how much I truly enjoy Brain Freeze! Yes, the line is always long, but it is so worth it! The owner is very nice and joyful, plus, the snowballs are delicious, and you can see it through their line! Our favorites are:
