Went to this location at 6:45 am today , and the women at the window was very rude, nasty unprofessional and threaten to call the cops on me I got word she is the location manager once ordering and pulling up I gave her my card she then bucked up on me sliding the window and asking me if I have a problem all because I looked up at her, she then asked me if I had a problem cause every time I come here I have an attitude , I then asked her what she was talking about and that she doesn't know me she then proceeded to get buck once again ,I then realized this is the same women who was nasty and rude to me 2 weeks ago this is not my first time experiencing how rude this women was to me she then proceeded on not serving my coffee after bucking on me through the drive thru window the first time I experienced how rude she were was 2 weeks before this incident I asked her about the CC's rewards she then cut me off while I was speaking and asked me "what can I help you with" She did this to me twice It's sad I couldn't call corporate because this is a licensed owned and operated location If I didn't have to be to work I would have stayed and waited for the authorities please get this women out of this location her customer service skills is bad...

I knocked on the window and door several times; however, nobody answered and the inside store had once again been closed, presumably. due to inadequate staffing. While ordering from the drive-through, the worker could not understand I was saying, “tea” and projected her frustration at me and when asked, said their headphones did not work well. Lastly, I went back to the window to try to address the concerns, asking for the manager or assistant manager and was told neither was available. I called to speak to a manager and the person I spoke with who claimed to be the manager told me that she knew she had mistakenly charged me and had processed a refund at the time of purchase. I am mind blown that a person would tell me that they knew they made a mistake and NEVER mention it while I was at the store. Who is training the management team?! Here it is Tuesday and my account has yet to be corrected. I am furious that the “manager” treated her mistake with such negligence.
