Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Broussard

Called....well I tried calling this Lil Caesars located on Albertsons Parkway & Bertrand at 9:35 p.m. last night, SATURDAY night, closing time being 10:00 p.m. to order the new Pretzel crust pizza. I was hung up on 5 times in a row. I was door dashing with a pizza to pick up at the time so when I arrived and entered the store, the employee friendly enough gave me the door dash order. I then proceed to ask as to what time is too late to order a pizza. From that point on neither associate spoke a word, just stood there as i asked them why I was hung up on 5 times, if there was a manager there or when I asked if they were going to answer me or just continue to stare at me and continue ignoring me. One employee walks away and the other continued to stare and ignore me. Being Easter morning, i waited to call back to speak with management until about 30 minutes ago where I was unbelieveably hung up on 4 more times. WOW!!! I unfortunately had to be admirted into the hospital a couple hours ago, but i promise you as soon as I am released i will be headed straight to the store. I never recieved the memo that you could no longer order pizza unless you did it online....hhhmmm..how...

0/10 The worst! If I could have put a 0 I would. I made an order on Pizza Puffs, where I was told it would be 10 minutes to cook fresh. I go get the order, and returns to work, 3 minutes away from this location, the name Bethany on the box. I’m thinking maybe that’s the worker name, but I was wrong. Pizza puffs tasted like it been there since open. I called the location and asked who I was speaking with, she wants to know why, and said her name was Megan. I asked for Bethany she asked why? I asked for a manager, she said none was there, why? I told her I came get an order that was ordered 15 minutes ago and it tasted like it been up since this morning. She muted her phone, then came off mute with an attitude saying you can come get it fresh. My lunch break is almost over so no I can’t, it should’ve been served fresh. It’s the attitude for me, but my problem is I should’ve known better to pay my money to this DINGY, DIRTY LOOKING GIRL, WITH A DIRTY BLACK TSHIRT ON. Do better Little Caesar’s, cuz y’all will not see another penny...

Ordered the new puffs using the online app after seeing that commercial for days. I was all excited to get home and try them. Here I was thinking I was about to have an enjoyable, different meal. I didn’t think being a newer Little Cesar’s to open boxes before pulling off. This is what I opened a box to after getting home. So I placed an order and according to the app it’d be ready in 15 minutes. App shows in the oven and then ready. Neither the puffs nor the pizza was in an oven for a good while before being handed to me. How do I know this? The pizza was cold, the puffs were absolutely sad! The puffs were cold and hard as a brick. Make sure you check your food before pulling off from this location. I am leaving this review 10 minutes after picking up my order that was ready after being in the oven (according to the app). This is just sad to think another person hands this off as food. I mean look at that puff from the side and you tell me this is acceptable. I can tell you I...
