I went into this UPS store on the afternoon of February 16, 2025. As I walked in, the young employee was popping bubble wrap and continued to do so as I approached the counter. As I gave my information (as Iāve been there on several occasions), I had to keep repeating my phone number and the addresses where I was sending the packages. When she was finally able to locate the addresses, I said whom I needed it to be addressed to. She replied that it would go to the person showing in the computer, and she could not change the name of the receiver. I didnāt want to persist because I actually felt a little sorry for her. While this was going on, there was a small child, about the age of 2 or 3 years old, who was running around in the employee area (behind the counter). She was the child of another employee, as she was calling him, ādaddy.ā After the employee gave me my receipts, I noticed the mail I was sending had not been placed in the packages. I told her that I would like the mail to be placed in the packages with the mail labels attached before I left. (In the past, this has always been done in my presence.) She did as I requested. One of the workers always has a single AirPod in and never even acknowledges you when arriving or when greeting him.
