New person didn’t understand how to add a coupon and overcharged my bf for 2 foot long sandwich’s with ham and turkey which is on the menu behind where the peeps work. No reason he should’ve paid over $20 for 2 foot long ham & turkey sandwiches. It’s usually around $16/$18 for 2 foot longs cause the menu shows how much it is for 6” or even a foot long and the new guy screwed up. Terrible customer service. Maybe train people correctly before leaving them to fend for...
