The Horseshoe Grill — Restaurant in Brown City

One if the Best Dining experiences I can ever remember having! So much so that this is the first restaurant review I have ever written. We have done a lot of traveling with my job and have made eating out and trying different restaurants kind of a hobby in the last few years and this place is definitely special! The food was truly amazing! We are a family of three and we were so impressed with everything we ordered we were all shoving bites of food in each other's faces to try and it was all far beyond what I expected. Also we love Greek food and usually order Saganaki (OPA!) as an appetizer from any place that has it on their menu and this was definitely the best I have ever had!! We will be going back time and time again and I would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely not what you expect from a small town restaurant.... Great job...

Great food. Average prices. Waitresses and chefs are great, very friendly. Very clean country style family restaurant. Always hopping. They just might need more room soon!

Menu has Multiple items for all meals. Many dishes made different than any other restaurants around our area. They are always adding New meals and appetizers so the choices never get boring.

Many restaurants keep the same things on their menus for years and charge high prices then dowsize the orders. Horseshoe Grill gives its customers what they want, keeps prices reasonable and throws something new in every so often to keep them wondering .. What's Next?

The flavors are great! Not the Usual...or the Ordinary... Or bland. Their dishes have TASTE! KICK! SPICE! ZING! PIZAZ! ITS LIKE A PARTY OF FLAVORS IN YOUR MOUTH!

The service here is always wonderful! Up until this past Wednesday I would have given this place at least four stars. I've been there several times and the food was always good. However,on my last visit, the stroganoff special when it arrived at my table had a rotten smell plus the meat was hard as a rock and burnt. I took a tiny taste and it did indeed taste rotten. I sent it back. I did not order anything else since I lost my appetite for food at that point. On top of it I got a bill for $5.50 for the salad that came with the meal. I'm not sure what happened,however I will not be going back until things are changed, if ever. Another side point, they really need to take care of that look of mold in the ceiling around the vents,that doesn't make it the healthiest...
