Michele's OIP Restaurant & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Brown Township

First of all, I was in this area on a Friday and the sign showed a Friday night special, two large one toppings for 17.99. So I ordered take out. While waiting, I noticed the food being taken to patrons and I saw the biggest and yummiest looking cheese steak! I knew we had to eat in one of these times. Anyway, the pizza was awesome and the service was great so I knew I would be back!

We returned a few weeks later to try these subs. The place was pretty busy but only one table didn't have their food. I do not know how long they were there before me but it was a long time until they finally got their food. We ordered our food. We waited, waited, waited. Another couple came in and placed their order. We waited. Another couple came in and ordered. We waited. The second couple that came in, had their food within 10 minutes. We waited, we're getting mad, it's going on an hour. The first couple that came in had their food about 20 minutes after the second couple got their food. Our sodas went empty, we were not asked one time if we needed a refill. We finally got our food. We got two cheese steaks and two sodas, that's it. The steak was only warm, the bun was a little hard on the outside. We were not checked on at all. I was very disappointed in that second trip. I don't know if I will try it again. This restaurant is a delight to eat at. Casual dining in a laid back, relaxed atmosphere. The people who work there are friendly and always greet you with a smile and pleasant words. The menu is unexpectedly varied and full of wonderful choices and the food is served at the proper temperature, and is ALWAYS delicious. Forget about the rest of the name of this place, after "Michele's) because it is so much more than the rest of the name implies. If you are looking to eat at a somewhat small, a bit nostalgic restaurant with really good food this establishment needs to be on your list. My husband and I drive nearly 30 miles to eat here, and we will certainly keep coming back (even though we live in a town with many choices of...

The last two times I ate there was a bad experience The first time I had hard bread on my sub and the second time was pizza I had a little ingredients and my peppers and onions were diced really small I've never had a pizza like that from any of the other OIPs and the crust wasn't mixed right It was too dry I love eating at the OIP's but I'm done with Michele's at least until they figure out what is going on there. You're in the hospitality business You're supposed to try to please people it's not just a job take some pride...
