Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Brownsboro

Nothing bad to say about the staff, they are extremely nice and helpful. However Sonic in general, is not the same Sonic of a few years ago. The fries are soggy, burger don't have that old Sonic taste anymore. Update from six months ago. I have stopped by four times to bring dinner home to the wife and kids. Again, store is always clean and staff is aways nice and helpful. But four times I get home and either an item is missing or the order was completely wrong. I don't enjoy opening each a d every bag, unwrapping burgers etc in their parking lot. And by the time the order(s) are corrected the rest of the meals are cold. My advice, eat inside the restaurant. I would like to recognize an employee at the brownsboro tx location. Im not sure of her name, but she works every morning during 6am. I am ALWAYS greeted with such kindness. I have never experienced such great care at a sonic, let alone a fast food place. Every morning it makes me smile to hear her remember my order exactly how I like it, let alone remember my sons chocolate milk! What makes her even better is the fact that she is this kind to everyone. I spoke with my sister about the kindness i get and she has said the same happens to her as well!
