Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brownstown Charter Township

I'll start by saying there workers who work during the week are AMAZING, quality employees who make spot on coffee and fresh food and start your morning right! (As a American I can say I definitely run off that good a*s sevice and spot on coffee errr day!😎)They get 5 stars across the board! I'm giving 3 starts because there weekend staff is sub par. I order a mocha iced coffee, they didnt even put no DAYUM mocha in it (there was a drop but NOT EVEN CLOSE to even being called a mocha😑) and they NEVER ask how many sugars or how much creamer I want! I have to tell them EVERY time I come on ONLY the weekend vs them asking. I guess they have it done to there taste buds which dont fly with me as I dont want some pale all cream basic white drink to start my morning off. Not being mean I just paid for a service and it should be amazing across the board and theres no reason it shouldnt be as everyone can put out the same quality if you try...

I have been here 20 + years. The last 2 years has been horrible. The service is just the worst they actually hate when a customer come. You get instant attitude. Like today girl at the window was just the best. She was sweet and friendly. So what ruined it was the blonde who thought it was okay to throw our bag of food (with attitude) across the counter. Knocked into something and almost fell on the floor. If you don’t like your job quit 🤷🏼‍♀️ this is the 7th time this has happened to me. The time before that same lady was mad I ordered food. You don’t want customers we pay your paycheck. When we are all gone because we are a hassle to serve you will no longer have a job. Hope...

I I have been going to this donut shop since I started working in this area tonight is the first time that I was not taken care of when I pulled up when I pulled up you can see two workers in the side window when I walked in I stood there for a moment and no one came to take as I walked out got in my vehicle and lived in a side window they if you don't want to work don't work I have never been mistreated since I've been going to that station but someone needs to talk to them that is my last time I will be going to that Dunkin donuts because I did not appreciate the way I the way I was treated and I'm not the only minority who has a problem...
