Papa Romano's Pizza — Restaurant in Brownstown Charter Township

Absolutely, terrible! I had the same issue with the online ordering. When I called the store they said they never received my order although I had been charged and said a manager would contact me in a couple of days! What! A couple of days! This was a $60 order and I have to wait a couple of days! There was no attempt to fulfill the order. Would not give me any contact information of anyone who I could contact to discuss the issue! The young man that I talked to, named Jacob, was obviously not equipped to manage the situation although he claimed to be a manager. This is the worst case of customer service that I have ever experienced. The issue could have been simply resolved if they just stated, "We are aware of the situation with our online ordering system. If you provide your order information and confirmation that you have been charged for the order we will complete the order now and you can either pick it up or we will have it delivered as soon as possible." Simple! Issue resolved. But to say there is nothing we can do and a manager will contact you in a couple of days is completely...

This pizza couldve been really good. I ordered (2 pizzas) a deep dish large and a large round. Both had literally no sauce on them. My kids lifted up the cheese and its just dough no sauce whatsoever. Ive had Papa Romanos at other stores and its good pizza with a pizza sauce base. They were NOT busy, i wouldve thought maybe a little extra attention to detail wouldve been applied. This place has the potential to have good pizza but they need to look at these reviews and get it figured out. Sorry I have to edit this review. The pizza IS good when it is cooked properly. Unfortunately my last 2 orders were very undercooked. Like raw dough undercooked. Also, their prices are a little high as well. I'd pay extra if they cooked it properly.

We've missed Papa Romano's since the Trenton location closed a while back. Without a doubt the best pizza around. Don't judge it because it comes from a gas station...
