Easy To Go Tacos — Restaurant in Brownsville

I was trying to find a place to get some Birria tacos and had stopped at a few places and shocking they didn't have them but I stopped only cause it WAS ON THEIR WEBSITES. So I finally stopped here thinking they would but they didn't. So it was about 11:30-12 lunch time. I am from out of town and just wanted some tacos. I asked if I could get chicken street tacos w onions and cilantro w lime since they didn't have Birria tacos either. The young guy said he didn't think they had chicken anymore. 🤯🤔 So he went in the back to check. No one was there and parking lot was empty. He came back and said no they didn't have any chicken! 🤯 Ok so I got beef street tacos w cheese and the toppings. It took about 15 mins and when I got home about 3-4 mins later to eat I was lil upset cause they barely had any cheese and the meat didn't have much of that either. Plus the meat tasted like it was made earlier that morning. On top of that I only had one corn tortilla on all the tacos so when I went to eat them they fell apart. For as much as I paid for the 5 tacos w everything and 5 tacos w just cheese u would think they would put meat and cheese on it and made it right!!! I was very disappointed! I will not go back to this...

Flautas were cold and tasted like they were yesterday's Flautas,Charro beans had no beans only soup I requested only double salad no pig skins with Jalapeños they were missing the Jalapeños I asked to speak to the manager or owner he/she wasn't there I asked for the managers name they didn't know his/her name I finally asked for the cashiers name she hung up on me she didn't give me her name I called back and it went to voicemail I couldn't get thru anymore The restaurant was empty I wonder why! service and food was terrible

I sometimes order from this place because it's closer to my home but after today no way I will drive to South most and Alton Gloor they have better service and way more...

I was calling and calling and never answered I got there and I was still calling and I heard the phone ring so he was in the kitchen and I asked him that if the phones were not working and he said " Yes, the thing is that both of the phones were in the front" and my question is, he could not hear the phone but he heard the door when I came in?
