Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Brownsville

After a long day, I just wanted to have myself something to eat then Collett a night, but I stayed up waiting for Jack in the box to just rip me off! They’ve been doing it on the down low a little by little and it was accumulating as I know that people are all human and everyone makes mistakes I let it slide but that was the last straw. I always track my order and they kept it. I was outside, waiting for my order making sure I didn’t miss them because they did not answer any of my attempts to reach out to them. By the way, why post up a phone number that goes straight to voicemail which is not even set up, why say contact DoorDash if you know that they don’t respond until after the order has been completed, and I never got my order . On the app it said that it was delivered but it was not so I wasn’t able to bring it to DoorDash’s attention, either way, I fully intend to have this taken care of at the bank if they don’t refund me as soon as possible , by the way, I would’ve ordered something earlier again probably because I’m actually a very good customer of theirs, but that would’ve only continued if this wouldn’t of happened yesterday it’s absolutely ridiculous. Why would you even do that to keep someone’s order is just wrong. To keep the money for the order is even worse. I thought this Jack-in-the-Box was getting better but obviously it’s not since my mom worked there and she told me it was absolutely disgusting which is why I always order specific items that I know are safer because she made me aware those specific Jack in the box is a really really dirty, and obviously ripping people off left, and right! This is probably the worst location to exist in Brownsville, they never get anything right. They rush you from the beginning of ordering at the drive thru asking if that’s it!? That’s it!? Like no, I’m not done ordering!! Then you get to the window and they want to move you to around the building so you can wait forever meanwhile they’re all just laughing and flirting with each other, you can hear them laughing before they press the mute button.
