I walked into Subway today with a simple dream: a sandwich on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, the one shining star in their otherwise mediocre lineup. But no, they were out completely, unforgivably out of the most popular bread theyâve got. How does a Subway screw up something so basic? Itâs like a burger joint running out of buns or a bar forgetting the beer. Utter incompetence.
The employee had the nerve to suggest some pathetic substitute probably that lifeless flatbread or the white bread that tastes like cardboardâs distant cousin. I didnât even dignify it with a response. I turned on my heel, walked out empty handed, and left with an empty stomach and a pain Iâll never forgive them for. Why would I settle for their inferior scraps when I came for the herby, cheesy perfection they couldnât be bothered to stock?
This place is a joke. Management should be ashamed stop skimping on the one thing people actually want, or just shut the doors and save us the misery. Zero stars, a waste of my time, and a lingering pain from...
Read moreI had a rather disappointing experience during my latest visit. First, I had to wait for what felt like a long time - approximately 10 to 11 minutes - simply to place my order. My order was not complicated by any means. I opted for a meal number and only requested additional jalapeños and a drink, specifically mentioning that I didn't want any ice.
Upon reaching the window, I found it necessary to repeat my order, again stressing that I did not want ice in my drink. Following this, I had an additional wait of roughly 8 minutes before I received my order.
However, the real letdown was upon examining my meal. I was disheartened to find that the bread of my ordered item was crushed, falling apart, and the overall presentation far from appetizing. It all went to waste as I had no choice but to discard it.
I'm unsure whether this branch is being used as a training ground for rookie employees, but based on this experience, I'm reluctant to return. I sincerely hope that the quality and service levels improve for the sake of...
Read moreJay is super nice and has great service. My boyfriend and I stopped in close to 8:30pm today and he was happy to make us a sandwich. He came walking up from the back when we walked in. We heard a phone ringing and told him he could answer it if need be but he said he would finish with us first. Then a lady comes into the front door of the subway and starts yelling at him. My boyfriend and I stared shocked. She starts screaming that she was there first and why were we being served first... yes like a child having a tantrum. Jay keeps apologizing and saying he honestly didnât see her in the drive through. She demands the store number to call the manager and complain saying that he saw her and we shouldnât be served first. I felt so bad for the guy and disgusted with this ladyâs behavior. I even told the lady he came from the back and may not have seen her but she just kept yelling at him. I hope Jay is in no way punished if this lady calls tomorrow and I hope that lady learns...
