Ordered a hot roast beef sandwich, what I got was 2 slices of bread cut in half and thrown on the plate, beef piled on top, good size portion of mashed potatoes, now as for the gravy, I would say maybe 3 tablespoons on my potatoes, and maybe a half ladle plopped on the middle of the "sandwich". Nothing on the bread. When I asked for more gravy (everything was very dry) I was charged extra $1.06 for something that should have been on the plate to begin with.
