ZERO STARS if I could. Avoid this place, not sure why it is still open...? LOL, Gas Station next door has far better pizza.
Prior, I have ate here three times in seven years. Absolutely MEDIOCRE... It's PIZZA flavored cardboard and is nothing to brag about. Bar service is subpar at best. Tried to give a chance time after time.
16Jul22: 6:52PM: Place order for delivery. Delv: Adam #52 Server: Brittney. 7:43PM: Call because delivery late, employee states still in progress. Post Late 20 Min Delivery, food is TERRIBLE. Pizza is burnt and wings have little to no Medium sauce as requested. This is not rush hour dinner time. 7:59PM: Call Carryout to complain. Little response, opt to drive food back up to location to show LACK of quality. Parking lot for both Bar and Carryout is absolutely EMPTY (Gee, wonder why?). -Ask to speak with Owner, Employee Brittney states she is 'Owner On Hand'. She credited me for the purchase in full, what a fiasco... She couldn't even mutter an apology for the entire scenario and had a smirk on her face the entire time. Entitled. -I drove to another far better quality restaurant to enjoy dinner for the evening.
COVID, supply cost increases, difficulty finding employees... If you are going to up your cost across the board, you need to maintain quality of product to meet demand. You cannot use the aforementioned as an excuse to pass cost to customers and not maintain quality expectations.

Read morePizza is a hit or miss. You never know what you’re going to get. I wasn’t sure if it was just me but a lady sitting at the bar confirmed it was not just me. She stated she doesn’t order their pizza anymore for that reason.
They need more staff on Sundays for the football games. Only one person is working and they’re expected to be a server on the floor, take orders all while being everyone’s bartender. It’s too much for one person, which then causes bad service.
I get it…. We have a lot of loyal Browns fans in the area. But there’s also a lot of people who are NOT Browns fans. Whenever you walk into Barley Jack’s when the Browns are playing, you will only see the Browns game on all of their multiple tv screens. I understand Barley Jacks wants to be loyal to the Browns, but as a business, you need to think about all of the customers,
Despite their cheaper drinks, they lost a customer. I’ve never gone into a bar where there weren’t multiple football games playing on TV at...
Read moreMy husband and I ate here around 7 pm on a Tuesday night. Not very crowded, which is how we like it. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff friendly. We enjoyed the nautical theme and decor, especially the mural on the exterior wall. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and my husband got the burger. We also got mozzarella sticks and cheesy bread as appetizers. Both appetizers were very good and my husband loved his burger. The pizza was pretty good. I especially liked the pepperonis, which there was a generous amount of. My only problem with it was that it was very greasy, both on top and on the bottom. Our waitress (I believe her name was Kaley) was attentive and made sure our cups were never empty. She even gave us extra napkins, which is always a plus. The food was hot and came out pretty fast. The price also wasn’t too offensive once we got the bill! Overall, a very good experience and a welcome addition to Brunswick. Will...
