My girlfriends family ordered from the Antonio’s on Chevy blvd for their late Christmas get together a few days ago. They placed the order on Tuesday for delivery at 7pm on Friday. The order was for a full sheet pizza with half pepperoni and half mushroom, a half tray of boneless wings (half garlic parm and half bbq) and a half tray of bone in wings (half garlic parm and half bbq). She prepaid $160 plus a $20 tip since it was such a large order. The first issue was they delivered the order a day earlier and the wrong time, on Thursday at noon. After a phone call, they apologized for the error and assured us the order would be delivered the next day at 7pm. On Friday, they delivered the order 45 minutes late and the order was wrong. They delivered a half sheet of cheese, instead of mushroom and only gave us bone in breaded wings with no sauce on them. We spent 10 minutes discussing options and sauces when ordering so the restaurant knew that the sauces were what we wanted. When we called to inform them of the error, we were promised they would fix the half sheet and the wings with sauces and have it to us within 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, we called back, and they said it was on its way. Another 45 minutes later (the order was being delivered 5 minutes from the pizza shop) we got a half sheet pizza with half pepperoni and mushroom (instead of half sheet mushroom only) and a 1/2 box of boneless bread crumbs and the few boneless breaded wings that were actually in the box were dry and overcooked. And AGAIN no sauce! When we tried to call back up there, no one answered. My girlfriends family went up there in person to complain and they told us there was nothing they can do. We have ordered from Antonios plenty of times for various parties, but never at this location. However, this treatment and total disregard for the customer will prevent us from EVER ordering from ANY Antonio’s again. Read moreHorrible service. The first time I went I went to pick up my pizza and I told the young girls at the counter my name. They checked the boxes on the shelf and could not find it and they said it will be a few minutes. I sat there for 15 minutes and then I watched the one girl look at me and then look for my box again on the shelf and picked up a box that was there when I got there. The second time I went The young girl at the counter gave me the wrong box and then apologized and said my pizza was not done. I waited for 10 minutes and she grabbed my box that was already on the shelf when I got there. Finally the third time I ordered online for delivery. I tracked my order and they never delivered my pizza. Then after an hour and half later they called me and asked if I was going to pick up my pizza and I said no I requested it to be delivered online and I have multiple witnesses that I for sure ordered to be delivered. The lady said she would make our pizza fresh and should be there in a half an hour to 45 minutes. 1 HOUR LATER we call them and asked what happened to our pizza and the manager said the driver got into an accident (if that really happened I understand that sucks, but for good customer service they could have called us and tell us about the delay). the manager said he will have another driver come out to deliver our food. It's a shame to give this place 1 star, the food itself is typically very good. So why 1 star? Because when it comes to consistency and actually getting the order correct, we've had consistent problems. Tonight we ordered a pizza half pepperoni, half plain. My wife opened the box and the plain side had very little cheese, there was pepperoni on quite a bit more than half, and most of the cheese was on that side.
We also ordered the bacon cheddar jalapeno nuggets, but as always, asked for marinara sauce instead of the ranch that typically comes with it. I've ordered it this way at least 8 times since they've opened here, they've gotten it right exactly once and the photo shows today was no exception. My wife didn't think to check since they repeated it correctly on the phone and when she picked it up. I usually pick up the order and have learned better, even the time when I opened a bag that was stapled shut as the young lady at the front counter assured me the marinara was in there....and a pulled out a package of ranch.
Biggest problem in the world. Heck no, but it becomes a real pain when you don't catch it and you know it's going to be wrong...
