Compleatly dissatisfied... I didn't even want to give them 1 star!!! From the moment we walked in the door we almost Compleatly ignored. When finally asked if we could be helped (after skipping over us) they pointed us to the menu. When we were ready to place our order several others had come in to be served and with the 4 servers behind the counter there was no order to how they helped or served the customers. With all the chaos behind the counter we were still waiting to pay for our order but the server refused to help ring is out... Instead she moved right along to the customers behind us! We waited and watched as every customer that walked in after us was served and ready to leave before we had even gotten our food. Finally when the food did come there was a huge hole in the sandwich bread half the size of the sandwich. When I stated my complaint I was told..."that's what you get, sometimes there's holes in them!!" I was so upset by her remark I went to back to the counter a few minutes later to have them remake it to my liking (I am the paying customer after all) I was waiting for the other server to finish with her customer so I could ask her but while waiting to my complete disaster I over heard the first worker (the one who said that's what I get) bad mouthing me in the kitchen to an other coworker!!! So I said "excuse me" and the worker with a customer promptly asked me what was wrong. I simply told her I'd like to have my sandwich made with a whole peice of bread... The sandwich that was later delivered to me was so badly burnt I couldn't even eat it!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I hope this finds its way to the owners... There is absolutely no excuse or reason for this kind...
Read moreWorst service I’ve ever experienced. I called in an order ahead of time for the purpose of it being ready. Missed a meeting at my office standing around because she hadn’t even started the order or gotten it correct by the time I got there. She has small round glasses and was snarky and rude. She kept taking other peoples’ orders as she stood there doing nothing for my order or to correct her mistake, it was quite unbelievable the level of spite and unprofessionalism. Even when she tried to take the order of the next customer, he encouraged her to finish my order first. Because her inappropriate nature was so obvious. I hope that her manager teaches her how to be a Customer Service employee and just a simply fair person. Karma will get her back anyway, so I’m not too concerned. But I think you should know if you go to the establishment you will endlessly wait and don’t bother ordering ahead. I never even got my order because I had to walk out from her spite and...
Read moreI hate to not give a local business a higher review, especially from one of my favorite chains- but I can’t afford the breakfast sandwiches.
Edit: The owners have replied to my review (which it’s not letting me reply to?) and stated that it’s Boar’s Head ham. Boar’s Head makes good meat, but I’m not sure that’s what I got that time. Charging extra for a premium ham, I completely understand and support. However, when I want ham on a breakfast sandwich, I’m not looking for premium or Canadian bacon. If they want to carry a premium ham, that’s their choice. But then they should carry a basic ham as well (or instead of the Canadian bacon).
Update 9/3/24- Owners haven’t replied since my last edit- but now with the news about how bad Boar’s Head is (9 deaths and more illnesses)- I’m curious as to their feelings about the premium ham now. I’m glad it’s not something I eat. I hope they discontinue the use of this ham and put a regular ham...
