Sweet Angel offers a truly delightful dining experience, nestled in a small and cozy setting that brings the vibrant flavors of Thailand to Brunswick. While it is located a bit further from the downtown area, the journey is well worth it. The atmosphere is intimate, making it an ideal spot for those seeking an authentic and relaxed meal.
The staff at Sweet Angel is exceptional, with the waiter displaying a level of politeness and courtesy that is both refreshing and memorable. The Thai iced tea was a delicious start, perfectly balanced and refreshing. For the main course, the Combination Pad Thai was nothing short of fantastic, a dish that showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. While it was disappointing that the sweet sticky rice with mango was unavailable, the fried banana served as a pleasant alternative, rounding off the meal with a satisfying sweetness.
Sweet Angel easily stands out as one of the best restaurants in Brunswick, offering a genuine taste of Thai cuisine with impeccable service.

Read moreI went here for lunch on a weekday for takeout. I paid $14 and change for lunch.
When I opened the box, I thought I was given the wrong food, because the drunken noodle had so few noodles in it it was like a vegetable dish. Where are the noodles!? After digging to the bottom, there was literally a single layer of noodles at the bottom, with all vegetables and tofu on top. Drunken Noodle is supposed to be spicy, but this was so spicy it was at least a 6 out a 7 out of ten, and I couldn't eat it. The salad was just chopped up romaine lettuce with a yellow, very sweet sauce on it. The drunken noodle was served in a small foil dish inside the takeout container. When I lifted up the small foil dish, there was so much oil on the bottom of the takeout container, I couldn't believe it. Oil literally poured out of the foil dish when I lifted it up.
Expensive lunch, and almost no noodles in my drunken noodle dish....

It doesnt help that they have a backdoor with foot traffic that I feel should be designated only for an emergency exit. Service was so incredibly slow, even to simply get a soda. Don't plan...
