The staff is very nice and helpful with suggestions and in general as it was our first time here. They advised us to call in & order early in future as they run out of potatoes even before 8PM but made sure to kindly inform us beforehand. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Owner and employees are so rude they make you wait so long to get your order even if it was ordered ahead of time. Even when you call and try n place an order they let the phone ring then answer and say they aren't taking orders at the time and hang up on you! Do not order catering from their website, even if you meet the $50 minimum. We had a small group for lunch tomorrow and they cancelled the order without a courtesy call.
