Burger King — Restaurant in Bryan

Do you know how bad service has to be for me to leave a review on a fast food place? I also filled out the bkexperience survey too, before a corporate bot auto replies to this review. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:15am today, order #541. Very unfriendly order taker on the mic, Christian, -no hello, no please, no thank you, greeted with "what's your order?" Took 4 times to place an order for "#3 meal large with a coke." Then he tried to give me lunch during breakfast hours when only the breakfast was displayed outside. He was even worse at the window. Never told me the total but did say "you want a receipt?" Gave me fries instead of hash browns in my bag. I gave the whole bag back. Then I got a bag with only hash browns in it and 4 onion rings inside them. Onion rings have a disgusting smell and ruins the flavor of the hash browns. I still needed my croissanwich and drink. Waited on that. Individually bagged. And I was also picking up a mobile app order for a single croissanwich for $2, that was a whole nother fiasco. 3 people crowded in the window, all rude to me. The other guy, in a black shirt (manager?) is who gave me fries originally and asked me what I was still waiting on. I said my croissanwich mobile order. He comes back and said you wanted fries and a sandwich right? I said "no, just the croissanwich" and he yelled "that's what I said". What is wrong with your staff?!!! I just went to the burger king on 2401 East 29th Street, and I highly recommend everyone to not go to this burger king for many reasons. I went here to try to order something and the person who was at the cashier was talking to a friend which took like 3 minutes, and when I was ready to order she just saw me and walked away just to talk to her coworker just to eat her strawberry milkshake out of her spoon. I was waiting for 5 minutes and she was still looking at me not bothering to do her job until the person at the drive thru did my order, and when I saw the person and her coworker that ignored me were making the food they were not wearing gloves while they were at the back eating and touching doors and their clothes and eating while working then I told the manager who was in charge to let her know that they were not wearing gloves all she told me was they washed their hands when she was not present while they were talking and eating. The manager did not bother to redo my order or did not apologize about what happened. What if I would have gotten sick or if I had gotten covid from one of the workers not wearing gloves. I work in a place where I make burgers and I wear gloves and I keep my area clean, and if something is wrong with an order I redo it to make sure everything is ok. I was here today 4/8/24 drive thru people rude and they add extra charges for each extra vegetable you want on your burger.. I asked for a double whopper burger only, no bun with extra vegetables. No meal just a double whopper with extra veggies and a cup of ice. My total was 11.88 when I received my order I only had a single meat no extra veggies, so I went back to get my order fixed and they said 2.50 for a extra Patty and I replied I asked for a double whopper with extra veggies and a cup of ice "where is my receipt" I asked for a receipt 3x but they said that they could not print it out.. the lady offered to give me a refund - the ice and I took it because I felt like they were trying to get over on me . At the end they wanted to charge me 11.88 +2.50 for a double whopper and a cup of ice.. what a rip off ill never go back to this location because they are rude people and I Will not be handled any kind of way .. they are all Hispanic people working at this location and some of them barely speaks English...
