Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Bryan

Very bad phone experience this evening. Called to order birthday ice cream cake for Saturday and was told they need 3 days for that. I said you never have before and asked to speak to manager. Was told he was assistant manager and that was the way it was. I again asked to speak to manager and he again said he was assistant so I said that means you have a boss and I would like to speak to them. He again very rudely said he was the assistant mgr and there was no one else then hung up!!! I didn't even want anything special. He didn't even ask that. All I wanted was to have it say happy birthday and my childs name. They have even done that in the spur of the moment before by just getting one from the case and then adding on the extra while I waited a few minutes. I'm not sure what this person's issue was tonight but he definitely needs to learn some manners and respect for customers.

I called defiance DQ and they gladly took my order and said that it was no problem at all.

I will no longer do business at the Bryan location and I will gladly spread the word about the very poor service...

Dairy Queen used to be the place to get the best cream chicken sandwiches but not today. I was very disappointed. My friend and I had lunch at the Bryan location about 11:15. today. I ordered a cream chicken sandwich meal it barely had any chicken and it was hard and cold. My friend ordered the 4 piece bbq chicken strip meal they were iced cold. She took her meal back up to the counter and asked for a cream chicken sandwich they brought it to her but never gave her French fries back. I would love to patronize Bryan location but, I am scared these issues may continue. I would hate this to happen to other customers. I would like to know what is going to be done about this situation so this Does not continue happen to others. Thank you for your time have...

Not a fan of the food. The creamed chicken is nasty. The only reason I got that was because my 80yo grandmother said that they are really good. I think it's the texture for me. It tastes like homemade chicken soup. But the texture is almost like Jell-O. The chili cheese dogs are subpar but that could be because I like all beef hotdogs. The burgers are not the best to be honest. I got the flame thrower burger twice and they were not even hot (spice or temp). I live by dollar general across the street so maybe a 2 minute walk home. I knew they were warm before they were in my bag based on the fact that the cheese was barely melted. Now to be honest the only thing thing I go for now is the blizzard's and the 6 piece Chicken...
