Do not waste your time dealing with this franchise. I ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon bread. Drove 20 minutes home to find they forgot to give me the icing dip that comes with the cinnamon bread. Obviously Im not going to want to eat dry cinnamon bread without the topping. I called back and spoke to an employee and asked for a refund for my cinnamon bread. The employee refused the refund and would not let me talk to a manager. He was laughing and making it a joke. I demanded a manager and he finally got me to a person names James who says he was the assistant manager. Who also refused my refund. He said the icing is a "luxury" and not a required part of the cinnamon bread. Then proceeded to laugh it off and make my issue a joke. I'd like to hear from Ed Greene who I was told was the GM regarding the conduct of his leadership team, and severe lack of customer service skills. Also of course I'd like my refund out of principal. So, I ordered delivery and when it was delivered, the bell wasn't rung, resulting in the pizza and sweet treats sitting out on my porch for long enough to no longer be hot. When I finally realized it was out there, I brought it in and set it on the kitchen table. Ants went EVERYWHERE! The order had been sitting outside long enough for the sweets to attract apparently every ant in the neighborhood, and the order was completely ruined. I contacted Dominoes livid that my family's dinner was ruined, and in my frustration, I was most likely not the most agreeable customer. Angelo not only listened to my complaints, he also made it right, and was so professional and kind! They just re-delivered, rang the bell, waited for handoff, and of course the food was amazing (as always). He brought me a soda and my wings that were forgotten And I told him what have occurred. He made it right by bringing my wings. And by bringing me a soda that I did not order. he was very polite and kind, just like your drivers And please make sure to tip your drivers if you can. I know time is very difficult, but they don't make that much As Insiders do. And drivers, please don't get upset if they don't. Some people can rarely afford things at times Stay safe out on the road and make God bless you. And keep you safe.
