Hardee's — Restaurant in Bucyrus

Always makes mistakes late at night. I ordered a number 15, with the cheeseburger plain with nothing but cheese. Then, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with specific toppings and another drink. When I get back home, they left out the double cheeseburger plain. I go back, and the woman says, “Are you sure? I know for a fact I gave it to you” and I said “I am positive” and the woman goes on to say she knows she gave me a double cheeseburger with bacon. I said, “I literally specified I wanted a double cheeseburger plain as a part of the meal and then a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, cheese, and pickle.” The woman responds to me by saying she didn’t charge me the first time and is going to charge me. I express that I’m upset and that I wasted gas to come back and that mistakes like this happen frequently and she has the nerve to tell me it isn’t her fault and that I should specify. I told her she should be the one to clarify and to not assume what the customer wants. I worked in fast food for years. Many problems with Hardee's in Bucyrus. I had took a friend in there to get food with me few weeks back. We got Frisco and she got the Number 1, the tomatoes on my sandwich where green and unripened and they were like whole tomatoes they barely even sliced them. I get it. Its a fast food restaurant, but they have standards too. My sandwich look and felt like it was a leftover one that was miss placed. Therefore is was the greatest flavor or even warm almost. She had a whole tomatoes on here's as well. Onions fine, and other extras that would go on the sandwich. They really need to change place up on management or start being stricter. We showed up around 11:30 at night. The fells working the window was super nice and repeated my order back to me at the window .He handed us two of the fullest milkshakes I've had in years. Seriously the whipped cream was sticking out the top. Now the wife has a hankering for milk shakes so I've ordered them at pretty much every restaurant we visit and in Marion, I've never had one that was full to the top so I was super impressed and made it a point to express this to him the same as I have here.
