Ordered on the app, got to the store and waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru before I got to the order speaker. Informed them I ordered on the app, was told to pull ahead. After a few more minutes I got to the pay window and the lady gave me my receipt. A few minutes later and I'm at the second window. The girl hands me my drink, no straw. She then proceeds to man handle my fries looking through the bag, with her bare hands. She says something to someone else, who I think may have been the manager. He says, tell him about the pies and then comes to window and tells me that the apple pies were in the oven, it'll be about a minute, did I want to wait or blueberry instead? I said to myself, about a minute....then I say to him I'll wait. They tell me to pull up. I then pulled up and waited at least 10 minutes before I finally decided to go in. I waited another few minutes in the lobby before I stopped the first worker I saw and asked for a manager. He yells for a manager and when the manager sees me he yells to the back "are those apple pies done?" I tell him I just want a refund and he seemed irritated at the fact that I wanted a refund. I guess it's my own fault for putting a tiny bit of faith...

They got the order wrong twice and we still ended up not getting the right food. We placed a mobile order and waited almost 30 mins in the drive up spot. From there the employee brought us the WRONG order. My brother went in to see what was going on. Meanwhile they brought āourā food to the car. I was trying to explain to the employee that we were missing items and she just walked away. (Iām not sure if she heard me or not) when I went in my brother was still waiting on someone to give him an answer.(there were 2 other folks complaining about the same thing) I then explained to the man at the register the issue. Even in that they STILL got it wrong. We needed a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. In return they gave us the picture below. On top of that the food was cold. Like code violation cold and the orange juice was water down. Iām going to back away from McDonaldās for a while due to this horrible experience . We were given the smallest cup, especially for having 2 shots of expresso and a medium drinks amount of frappe mix. If properly made, it would not fit in that cup. I am a manager for McDonald's at a different location and I can tell you this was incorrectly made and we were actually ripped off a few dollars seeing how we didn't receive the correct amount that should be in the cup with the 2 shots added. Also, I waited 15 minutes, then went in myself to wait another 10 just for this frappe, and I still got jipped. Sucks, when you work somewhere and know the procedure and what should be done, and they will argue the fact that it's correct and we are wrong. This has happened 4 times here now and I've complained each time and didn't bother to even ask for a replacement. It's just starting to get frustrating with how expensive this drink is and I can't ever get it made correct. I mean the expresso is the only actual coffee product. Just want my money's...
