Picked up my meal during my overnight work lunch after 11 or so pm, didn't get a chance to eat it. Got home the next morning after work and prepared to eat it and found out the meal was not prepared as I requested it to be. On top of that, once I bit into the Italian Sausage on the wrong bread without the grilled onions or sweet green peppers, not dipped, I tasted a foul taste and when I opened up the sandwich, I found mold inside of the bread and on the sausage. I was totally disgusted and could not continue eating! I thought that it was not even worth it to report the matter to the restaurant staff or manager because it had been over 12 hours after buying the meal and would be close to 24 hours before I would be going back to the area for work that night. I do however wish I had and had any indication of something like this has happened to any other customers that night or any time before or after my disgusting purchase. It may have just been the staff working that particular shift. I just hope that it doesn't happen again to anyone. Maybe the staff working was unaware of the preparation of the meal that I requested and just didn't know how to even though I instructed how I wanted it done, there was a language barrier so that could have contributed to the mishap but it shouldn't have permitted them to use Bad Bread and whatever bad ingredients in making a...
Read moreWe didn't even get a chance to eat or order food from the local Buffalo Grove Illinois location. Was tired yesterday after a really long and stressful workday. Once home at 930P, I looked for a local pizza place for comfort food dinner. Their website says "Open Everyday 3 PM to 3 AM." I was thrilled! I completed my order online and was ready to place my order, and the website said "We're no longer taking orders today" or something similar to that. Just infuriating. Well that was 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
I went to some other place that promptly took our order and delivered.
While waiting for that delivery, I was still so ticked off I called the same Buffalo Grove location instead. My "important call" kept hearing the same &*($% looped recording that they were very busy taking orders for everyone else but us, apparently.
It's now two+ hours later and I'm still angry. I discovered no "contact us" email address readily available. Their loss, since I'm now typing with fingers fully loaded with froth and frustration that others can now experience instead of management.

We got 4 piece chicken dinner with au gratin potatoes and salad, with an order of Jalepenos poppers. Poppers never made it to the door. We called the restaurant and they didn’t care and said to call grubhub. Once we opened up the rest of the food it was awful. The side salad had extremely old tomatoes and onions on it and a chunk of the core of the lettuce. And no, the onions weren’t supposed to be pickled…that’s how bad they are. The au gratin potatoes had a clear slice of Kraft American single on the top which they’ve never done before. And the chicken tasted like fish. No quality anymore. Sucks because the new owners have a restaurant down the street that is amazing! Utterly disgusted and disappointed. Wish we could get our money back!!! Not even...
