I ordered pepper steak and rice combo with an order of sweet and sour shrimp. I wanted a combo but the guy told me that it only came in one size. I told him to give me whatever size it came in. He was on the phone with me and then told me to hold to take someone else's order. Of course when my delivery order got here I was missing the sweet and sour shrimp. Then I called back to complain and the guy told me that I never ordered the sweet and sour shrimp. I told him that I did but since he was trying to take 2 orders at once of course my order got messed up. Then he told me that I would have to pay for the sweet and sour shrimp I should've gotten it for free since he was the one who messed my order up. If you can't take care of one customer at a time then you shouldn't have a business. I will never order anything from here ever again! Bad...

We used to order from here all the time, but one night drastically changed our opinion of this restaurant! (Sept 2020) Not only did they get our order completely wrong, but we ended up paying almost $70 for a $20 meal! When we called they argued with my boyfriend and I on the phone and tried to say that we ordered wrong and they refused to bring us the food we ordered and fix their mistake! They were rude! They hung up on us! I will NEVER order from this restaurant EVER again! They ripped us off and we couldn’t do anything about it!? That should be illegal!!!!!! It’s not right that they can just rip off whoever they want to and get away with it! This business is extremely unprofessional and the food is mediocre at most (its really not that good at all). This place is inhumane and unsanitary. I ordered shrimp with pork fried rice before I ate the shrimp I looked at it. It was literally feces in my shrimp. When I called and asked them nicely for a refund or if I could get a different meal they refused. They told me they don’t clean their food and I would have to deal with it. So I immediately called the health department and contacted the police. When I showed up to their establishment the door was locked. They put up boxes all around their windows and barricaded themselves inside. I could smell them still cooking outside. They did all of this over 19$.
