BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I wish I would have seen the review from @Wanda Hillman @CW Chou prior to ordering.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Imperial Pizza on Main St. in Buffalo. They came highly recommended, so I ordered a party pizza and 50 wings, spending over $123. Unfortunately, the quality was far from what I expected. Out of 50 wings, 40 were burnt, making them inedible.
I had a party and when it was time to eat I noticed how burnt the wings were. When I called to express my concerns, I spoke with the manager, Sabrina. I was shocked by the lack of accountability and customer service. Not only did she fail to apologize, but she also dismissed my concerns entirely. She even mentioned that "it's their standard," which was incredibly disheartening to hear. Additionally, she said that if we had called earlier, she might have been able to do something about it.
I want to emphasize that I didn’t even request a refund—I simply asked if they could remake the wings. After being placed on hold multiple times, the best offer I received was a $15 credit or 10 wings, which felt like an insult considering the amount I spent and the poor quality of the food.
Had I checked the reviews earlier, I would have seen that other customers have had similar experiences, with complaints about the food and management’s lackluster response. It’s clear this is their standard practice, and I want to warn others to be cautious before ordering from here....
Read moreI placed an order for 10 hot wings. I was told 30 min. I arrived to this place of business and I did arrive 5 min earlier. I paid for my order to the guy Anthony with the black shirt on I also added a fountain drink he took my money and walked away ain’t say anything just handed me my change and walked away. I would’ve thought he would’ve said to me that he was checking on my order. There was nothing said so I went to sit down facing the register. After about 10 min of waiting, my order should’ve been done. Anthony with the black shirt walks up to counter and says very rudely what are u waiting on, it was his tone for me. Thank god two other gentlemen was there to witness it. I said to him you just took my money and you don’t know what I ordered, did I pay for the correct order. He told me to calm down. I said are you serious this is when another party jumped in and told the worker he is wrong for talking to me as rude as he did. He did not show proper customer service and he acted out as if he was on drugs the worker. I asked him was he on drugs. The guy in the red shirt did walk to the front to try to calm the situation down but all in all he was not handling it correctly I had asked him for the guy in the black shirt name like 10 times before he walked over to the counter and said Anthony go in the back. If Anthony isn’t his name the man lied but all in all I was treated very poorly and would rather go out to the south...
Read moreBad experience. I ordered pizza and wings. When I got home and opened up the boxes, the pizza was burnt to a crisp, and the barbecue wings were burnt also. I called and explained my concerns and was told to bring the food back, and they would make me another order. When I arrived back, the pizza was ready, but a young lady came and told me they would not replace the wings because that's how they are when cooked on the pit. She told me that unless I specify that I do not want them cooked on the pit, then they will be like that. I informed her that I had ordered the same thing several times in the past, and they were never burnt . She basically told me that what I was telling her was not accurate. She was very unprofessional as far as continuously telling me that what I was telling her could not be accurate. She abruptly stopped the conversation and turned around and said, "Have a nice day." Big disappointment with the lack of customer service. I understand that the establishment is very busy, and overcooking can happen, but if I paid for my order and it isn't to my standards, then I should be accommodated. I returned every wing that was in the box and was not trying to get anything for free. I just wanted my food order to meet the standards for my family to be able to eat and enjoy. If the young lady was management, she really needs to be taught...
