Solo Eats — Restaurant in Buffalo

I don’t know if it’s because I’m pregnant but I haven’t been taking kindly to the way these restaurants SPIT IN YOUR FACE when it comes to online ordering . You can be serving the president behind that screen y’all need to treat people order the right way! I ordered me and my boyfriend wings and my daughter a snack of 2 cups of Mac and cheese today for 1 I asked them to put ranch instead of bleu cheese I can’t eat bleu cheese I’m pregnant I will throw it up they couldn’t even do that! I had my daughters food put in the wrong bag when I called they didn’t even say “oh that’s our mistake can you come pick it up” or nothing she just said I could’ve sworn I put it in there SHE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE 🤣 (wtf?) then I called back when I realized I PAID FOR ALL FLATS but didn’t get all flats with my order stop playing with people money and food and the second time I called they answered and put the phone down 🤣 people are REAL REVIEWERS I’m a real reviewer I will call the BBB so to avoid all that make people food correctly THE FIRST TIME !!! yall ain’t gotta worry about me tho because after years of business just that quick yall lost me 💯 and take your criticism over the phone I wasn’t even going to write a review or make a big fuss but the fact yall didn’t care yall messed up my order ($60) order?!? I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. There were unattended teenagers inside, going in and out, shouting out of the door, being loud and I didn’t see anyone eating. The establishment itself was cluttered, uninviting, and not appealing at all. Our order was called in two hours prior, we indicated the time that we would pick it up however, when we arrived all the sides that we had ordered apparently ran out however, when I asked the cashier “girl” our sides were plenty at the time of our order, she said yes… Customer Service was definitely below average, the knowledge base and the friendliness was absent. In addition when I wanted to cancel the order when I discovered the sides that I requested were no longer available the cashier “girl” lied and said that our meals were already prepared, but they were not. We still had to wait an additional 15 minutes.. The yams were not flavorful, the macaroni and cheese tasted as if it were made from a box, the cornbread muffin was as hard as a hockey puck and the fish was subpar. Two bad encounters, fist one was with a steak sub, ordered extra meat and extra cheese and was very small bland and unseasoned, then tried again because I heard there wings are good (maybe just a bad day) ordered off skip called In before ordered my food was told a half hour, go to the establishment, wait the 30 mins the caller and skip the dishes told me to wait, go inside when notified the food was ready, to be told "we weren't busy when u first ordered, but were busy now, so another half hour" not sure if they pushed my order back because it's off skip and it's not a priority or just simply unorganized, now after being in the parking lot for a hr I've watched and noticed they there not actually busy at all, so my time was wasted, been sitting here a hour, and all I got for my time was a offer for a free soda pop when I don't even drink soda, all business have bad days, I always give them a second chance, but both times were complete failures and a waste of...
