Tuscan Pizza Crust — Restaurant in Buffalo

Dear Tuscan, I would like to offer you an official and formal apology. Back in April, I ordered wings from Carbone's. They tasted oversalted and entirely inedible. I've never had to spend time washing off cooked food from the garbage that was their sauce. Today, I had your wings. Honey BBQ. They were absolutely delightful. I'm a steady customer who adores your place. You are the only restaurant in our vicinity, probably in our city, who actually makes authentic NY style pizza.

And it is delicious. Your pasta dishes are outstanding. The baked ziti and parm? Beautiful. Your appetizers? To die for. You are the epitome of getting more than what you pay for. In the years that we have ordered from you, only one order was messed up, and you were instantly on the ball and fixing it. You are the only Italian/wing place we will now order from.

Also, this place is a reason why we're over 1k in credit card debt. Worth it.

For those also looking to order massive meals, everything here tastes great reheated. Their subs - both hot and cold - are perfect. Their desserts are not only cheap but divine. They skimp on nothing! The pizzas have a plethora of toppings, not just one pepperoni per slice.

If we ever move, this is one place that we wish we could take with us. Everyone has their place. This is ours. Fast...

Let me preface this with two things: 1. I don't ever leave reviews, good or bad, and 2. after five years of living in Buffalo I was convinced there was no good pizza here--until last night. It was an impulse order from a place we hadn't heard of, and I was 110% ready to be underwhelmed and then leave the leftovers to my less-picky husband like usual. When we picked up the order the guy behind the counter said, "see you soon", which, in hindsight, was wonderfully prophetic. In short: I would have ordered again THAT SAME NIGHT. This pizza defied all expectations. The cheeses? Perfect. The toppings? Fresh as heck. The crust [which I NEVER eat]? DEVOURED. We ordered the Mediterranean and the Super Deluxe and, while they were both immaculate, the meatless Mediterranean was hands down the best vegetarian pizza I've ever found. Anywhere. I almost wept. See you again soon indeed.

I have ordered twice from this place through Uber eats and both times my order was cancelled. I feel like they let Uber drivers pick up your order give you a fake call for confirmation when you answer hang up call bk then you can’t call the driver back and they let driver take the food instead of just delivering. Seems like some weird scam they allow . Never heard of a place that you have to confirm for your Uber driver to pick it up if not ,they give the food to the driver anyway knowingly that it was paid for. If I ordered it and scheduled it for it to be delivered that’s what I asked for regardless if I got refunded ! What peeved me is when I called to ask why it was cancelled they said the Uber driver called you to confirm you didn’t answer so he took the food ! Then proceeded to say that’s why you should order in store . Never again if I paid for it what is the need yo confirm my order if it was...
