Since whataburger had opened here in Bullard, Texas, the food has been great, fresh and fast. Employers/Employees have been very nice, and it makes a difference for this small town since there has been only a few older fast food places here that were getting old and really tiresome. Recently, I went through the drive thru, ordered a meal, and as I was receiving my order, I had a very bad seizure. When I regained consciousness at the hospital, the paramedics explained what had happened, and what the staff did for me. I do remember some things from wataburger(staff), but wasn't aware of the how it was all taking place. I went by wataburger the next day, and they explained what took place, and if it wasn't for those who were working there, it could've turned out worse. I could've injured someone or myself, or even killed someone since I was in my car with it still in drive. The staff was very alert, professional and fast on the way they handled the entire situation. As I went by there the next day to thank all of them for what they did, since I paid for my meal the time of my seizure, they made me a fresh Hamburger/Fries/Drink. Everyone was very nice, concerned on how I was feeling. They deserve every credit. My 5 star, is 100 stars. If anyone wants a great place to eat, this IS the place to go in Bullard. I'm thankful for the staff, the food and the best location for the...
Read moreWe frequent this Whataburger often because it's only a couple of minutes from our house. But getting fresh hot food is hit and miss and the wait times are obsurd for fast food. Burgers and fries are often cold, chicken tenders hard, and wait times are lengthy. This morning it took us 35-40 minutes to get our breakfast and it was cold. It was a large order and the entire thing was cold. Later I was sick. It's disappointing because we don't have a lot of choices close by and this is only burger choice. Every once in awhile we will pick up and it's fresh and hot and pretty good so we return. But it's not worth it after today. Not to mention , we could have driven into town and chosen from several amazing breakfast diners as quickly as getting this order. Everyone talks about how amazing Whataburger is but I guess our location just...
Read moreOne of our favorite places to eat after church on Sunday. If you are over 60 and think you can't eat out, try Whataburger. My husband I are neither big eaters so we can get a Whataburger Jr, a free senior drink and a child's meal and spend less than $8. YES...Whataburger allows anyone to order from their child's menu!! Your age doesn't matter. You can have a small burger and choice of fruit or fries, a cookie and a small drink for less than $4. Even tho this is a fast food place, there are employees who come around and ask if you want them to refill your drink, if you need more condiments or even take your tray and throw your trash away for you. We see regulars who the employees interact with and even give hugs. A very nice...
