Every time I try to place an order after 10:30, there always seems to be some reason you can deliver, flat tire, short staff, nobody has a car, etc. Last night the 18 year old "Manager" Nickie was rude and said that if I have a complaint, I can call back Friday morning and talk to the supervisor Gage as it was late and she did not want to bother him. She then hung the phone up on me. When I called back, they would not answer the phone. I strongly agree that I will be sharing this interaction on every social media platform available.
Update, everyone deserves a second chance so I ordered at 10:18, and my app said 25 to 35 minutes for delivery. After an hour I call the location and there was no answer, and nobody answered the phone all teh way up to midnight when I stopped calling. This morning, my app still says that they are making my order and its 23-33 minutes till its delivered. After posting my previous message, non one from management, ownership, or Pizza Hut Inc. has bothered to call me back to address any of my concerns. I guess that my initial instincts about this location were correct. It seems to be run by a bunch of kids who couldn't care less about the customer. Its apparent that management, ownership and Pizza Hut inc couldn't care less about their customers either.
Update 12.31.21. I gave Pizza hut a "one last chance" order only to have the same thing happen again. Placed an order for delivery and once again I received a phone call telling me that "they were not delivering right now". They left me a message and when I called back, they would not answer the phone. I called the following afternoon to speak to the GM. The GM had called in to say that he was feeling under the weather and would be in later. I find it odd that the store would stop delivering orders early on New Years Eve, and then the GM would call in "feeling under the weather" the following day. Open invitation for the Owner and Pizza Hutt Corporate to reach out to me directly.
More updates: 1/6/22 Placed an order at 8:16 pm and received an email that my order would be delivered at 9:05 pm. Well 9:05 came and went and when I called nobody answered. I checked online and it said the store closed at 9:00. No call to tell me my order would not be delivered, no ordered delivered and conveniently the store is closed so there is no one to talk to about it. I reached out to Pizza Hut Corporate and went through the complaint process which is going to be forwarded to the leadership team. Read moreHorrible. I'm at a loss for words. We've been ordering from Pizza Hut for years, but since moving to the service area of the the Canyon Golf Rd. Pizza Hut, we've had a poor experience. Orders are wrong about half the time. We haven't been reimbursed for items not delivered even after calling. Tonight was a real shock though.
Order for 2 pizzas placed at 7:55pm. Text message received from Pizza Hut at 8:04pm that pizza would be arriving via DoorDash at 8:43pm. At 9:02pm I call the number to the DoorDash driver provided in the text and it goes to voicemail. I then call the store and am told "Oh, yeah we don't have any drivers tonight so we're using DoorDash. They were supposed to pick up the order but they never did."
So no phone call? Cool, thanks. What's the back-up plan? I'm told we can cancel the order or pick it up ourselves. Now, I'm finally irritated enough with all the little things over the past few months on top of the complete failure tonight that I asked to speak to a manager. I'm then told that I've already been speaking to Daniel, the manager. When I ask Daniel why there have been so many issues with this Pizza Hut recently, he says nothing at all, no response. I ask, "So how can we get this better? What can you do to make it up to the customer for all of this?" He responds "We can cancel your order." When I ask "Are you serious, that's it?" he just hangs up on me. Click.
I understand being short-staffed and having to improvise with things like DoorDash for delivery. But come on, this is just horrible customer service, above and beyond the typical excuses. It pains me to say it but it's obvious that it's time to switch to Dominoes or Papa John's.

Let me start by saying customer service is horrible and they never have something we ordered OR the kids working here are just to lazy to make it. I always place my order online and we either get a phone call saying we are out of wings or we are out of cookie cake. It’s always something. Usually it’s a Wednesday or Thursday so it’s not like a weekend day. Another thing is my delivery order is ALWAYS wrong and when trying to contact the place and wait to speak to the manager we are on hold for more that 25 mins for pretty much nothing to be resolved. We have tried to give this place numerous chances but this past week was the final straw! We placed our order online and said we would receive our pizza in 25-35 min. Well 35 min past, 45 min past, 1 hour and 15 min pass & still no pizza. Very frustrating since it was a school night and I was waiting to feed the kids before bedtime. My husband called the place to cancel the order but was placed on hold for more than 30 mins. He than ended up still on the phone on hold and drove to the Pizza Hut to show the manager that he was still on hold but when asked to speak to the manager (Jessica) one of the employees said what do you need she is busy and cannot come out!
