Ordered 2 blasts, 1 shake. Only one of the blasts was correct. 2 others wrong. In order to correct the order they took our credit card and had us pull forward and served 4 other vehicles. The one correct order was completely melted after 15 mins. They recharged the same card once and never refunded the original order. I asked for a refund receipt and the girl had no idea what was going on. She asked for another card and charged that one too. All in all we came out charged $35 with one shake, one blast, and one melted blast. Not worth it. I didnāt like how long they had our credit card without us at the window either. There were some other odd charges so I question them taking advantage of having our credit card for 15mins. Reporting to the bank but the workers will get away with whatever they purchased extra Iām sure. Never had this happen before but theft is unacceptable. The one girl said that she had money taken from her paycheck because other people didnāt pay so it sounds like they charged us for someone elseās order so it wouldnāt come out of their paycheck. My carhop seemed openly unhappy to be there, and that attitude affected the entire interaction. Guests want to feel welcome and confident in their order; instead, I left questioning the care being taken with the experience.
There was also a payment problem. Apple Pay didnāt work at the stall, and I was told they needed to take my phone inside to run it. Thatās not acceptable from a security/privacy standpoint. I paid with my card, but the request and the way it was delivered (ājust give me your phoneā) werenāt professional.
Suggestions for management:
Refresh training on courteous service and clear communication. Fix Apple Pay/credit card hardware so payments work at the stall. If thereās a workaround, explain it politely and offer alternatives (tap, chip, or paying at a window) without asking for a customerās phone.

I wish I could say it's a one off but for some reason it's a constant issue that plagues this Sonic in particular. We had to leave the line and park at a stall. We recieved an immediate response there. Food came out pretty quick, however when we got home there was food in the bags and a total of 2 napkins for three combos. No ketchup, no salt, pepper. Why would they leave this out? Their tots taste like the oil hasn't been changed in over a week. Mostly likely not going to return to this location as they dont appear to care about the people that are literally choosing to eat there instead of other places.
