I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The hot coffee is never actually hot—it’s either lukewarm or cool by the time it’s handed to me. For a place that seems to pride itself on quality, that’s pretty disappointing.
Customer service could definitely use some improvement. The staff doesn’t seem particularly welcoming or attentive, and overall the energy feels off.

I enjoy supporting small family owned businesses and I doubly enjoy it when their product is worth it! I’ve tried a few of their Lattes and I have to say they are some of the best ones I’ve ever had! Whether you’re a local or just passing through, you’ve gotta stop at Wake Espresso. It’s my new go-to whenever I’m...
