McDonald's — Restaurant in Burgettstown

It's a rare occurrence anymore when we decide to go here, but the last 2 times have solidified us not coming back until changes are made. And I don't even mean in just the food,(soggy fries with no salt, and nuggets that are cooked in very old fry oil) but moreso in the management. The woman they have as the manager has the worst attitude I've ever seen. One time we ordered breakfast a little late, but we didn't realize how the app worked that they don't receive the order until you get there. We walked in to pick up our food, thinking like any other place it would've been done and put on the shelf. But we walked into the store as the manager was saying, very loudly, that she didn't care that we would have to wait because we put our order in so late(cresting lunchtime when we actually put it in 20 minutes beforehand). She had 0 regard if we were actually standing there. The other employees were very kind about it regardless. The last time we went we did curbside and while we didn't wait very long,(we only got a couple chicken sandwiches, a burger, fries, and 2 drinks) the same manager came out and threw a bag of food at us that wasn't even ours...to which I kindly checked the label and said "oh that's not ours" and handed it back to her as another employee was coming to give us our food with our names on the bags. She scoffed as us and rolled her eyes before walking away to try to figure out whose food she tried giving us...neither of which had either drinks listed on any of the bags anyway. We used to come here a lot because it was close, but I'll happily drive down to Wendy's or Sheetz in Wellsburg before I ever give this place my business again. That entire place...

On weekends, breakfast hours go until 10:59AM. I completed a mobile order on the app, at 10:40AM, and proceeded to go pick it up right at the time breakfast was ending. Just as I reached the store, they cancelled my order. When, I walked in to question why, I noticed a ton of breakfast burritos being made still after the breakfast cut-off. Once someone from behind the counter decided they couldn't ignore me any longer, this woman lied directly to my face. I was told, she doesn't know why it does this, but if you don't order 30 mins before the cutoff, it cancels your order & they always have to take the blame from the customers. From reading other reviews, this is a lie. They got slammed near the end of breakfast like any place does & they didn't feel like making my breakfast order because they were "close enough" to lunch. Clearly still making breakfast, but they decided to manually cancel my order & blame it on the app. Just do your jobs & stop lying to get out of having to work! I would have gladly waited, but instead I get a lie & a smirk. I feel sorry for the good employees that work here. The management clearly has issues.They can't seem to keep the good ones. The workers that stay, fall prey to bad practices because their restaurant can't stay staffed. It's a shame. Burgettstown needs a reliable fast food restaurant, & sorry to say, this one struggles mightily to try to be it. I highly recommend Paradise on the Trail just up the road. I've literally never left a review for anything. But the experience I just had was genuinely the most ridiculous I've had anywhere. Me and two friends decided to stop for breakfast and ordered from the kiosk. After about 15-20 minutes of waiting and seeing people receive their orders who had ordered after us, I decided to go up and check on our orders. And it was clear that they hadn't even gotten the order on their end and had to take the receipts so they could read off of them to get our food. Me and my one friend had a near identical order so they only made one thinking they were the same order. The guy helping me kept insisting the order had gone out already. So then I had to wait even longer for my order when he finally understood that we had very similar orders. Then we get to the table and not one of the orders were correct. We also had to come back up due to missing drinks and hash browns. It was not overly busy, and the guy helping us was not very pleasant.
