Called several times the minute they opened. Couldn't get anyone to answer. Had to drive there to place an order for 25 people. I was ordering for our entire store. I walked in and wasn't even get greeted for 10 minutes. When I was greeted, it was cold, short and rude. When I ordered, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She became frustrated with me! I had to rearrange my order to fit her availability. (Didn't think 25 people was that much, but I knew it was only an hour till lunch, was trying to work with them) I rearranged my order multiple times as she kept telling me, "that's gonna be a lot" or "that's gonna take a while". We finally came to an agreement that I would give them more time and get the easiest items. (She was still very put out) I spent almost $400 and told them I'd be back at noon. I came back at noon, and again wasn't acknowledged for quite some time, and my order hadn't even been started! When I finally got to talk to someone, I asked if I could please get an update on my order. She replied, were busy I don't know. It's going to be a while! (Very short, and rude) I told her I understand. However I also have an entire company waiting on me. So at least an update would be nice! Approximately twenty minutes later I hear a guy in the back say Are they here for that big order yet? The girl says yes. He says well let's get started on that then. I waited another fifteen minutes and my food was brought to me. If it only took them 15 minutes to make it, Why did I have to wait an hour and a 1/2 and be treated so poorly for ordering it in the first place. This was the worst service I have had in a very long time, anywhere. I was very calm and even rearranged my order several times to Accommodate them. No apology for the wait, And certainly no appreciation for the business. Our company will never do that again!!!!! I will say that the guy that was working in there when I showed up to get my food, was working hard and fast! He did a great job of getting orders out when he was handling them. Read moreMy most recent experience there was absolutely terrible. The woman at the drive thru seemed very nice. I ordered two number 6 (3 piece chicken tenders) for my son and my niece. I pay and get their drinks and am told the wedges would take about 5 mins. She asked if I wanted to wait or get something else so I said mashed potatoes are fine (because that's what I have always received with the chicken tenders). I get my bag and leave to notice that it wasn't what I ordered so I go back and run inside and as I walk in, the girl at the counter said ya it's her. So out came the manager and at this point I was very nice stating that I ordered 2 number 6 and received sandwiches. Before I could finish what I was saying she says no ma'am I repeated your order back to you and you said yes. I said no you didn't I ordered number 6 and got these and she kept interrupting me insisting that she repeated my order back (it wasn't even her at the window) I said ok well can I just get what I ordered please and she said I can give you a refund but NOT WHEN YOUR ACTING SO RUDE!!(I'm annoyed at this point because I have 3 little ones in the car waiting to eat!!) So I said ok I'm sorry I'm sorry! So she goes and gets the food and brings it to me and says you can have this other bag of food too so I grab it and she grabs it and says but I did repeat your order back to you, it's mandatory we do that! So I took the bag and said THANK YOU! I couldn't believe that instead of being nice as I was, and just saying I'm sorry we must have heard wrong, she acted like that! That's great customer service. All my years working in customer service and fast food, I would have never talked to a customer no matter the situation especially when I wasn't even being difficult at first. I didn't walk in with an attitude. I didn't even get one until she decided being a jerk was ok to a customer. I tried to get her name, no luck and I couldn't see a name tag either. Read moreThis has been the WORST visit to ANY restaurant I've EVER HAD! The girl that took our order was in such a hurry that we couldn't get a thing of tea before she gave us our total on top of being pushy so we order faster, then instead of handing us our order through the window they have us go to the front door while they bag it, IF I COULD GIVE THEIR DISGUSTING SERVICE NEGATIVE TEN STARS I WOULD!! I'm tempted to report them to the corporate office, yes it's fast food, yes it's a chain which means there's a corporate office, but this in UNACCEPTABLE! Our potatoes was so runny and plan it tasted like water that potatos sat in! On top of that the chicken looks like children was playing in the box of tenders!!! On top othe tenders being so hard it hurt my tooth. What are they doing?! They don't belong in fast food or anything that's competitive. With fast food and being competitive the customers need to be satisfied with their visit, you need to be kind and GIVE THEM THEIR TIME so they can MAKE UP THEIR MIND as well as be helpful with questions, you need to give them their food through the window not have them pull up to the front and then take it out once you bag it, IF they go to the window there's a chance THEY ARE SHORT ON TIME!! you are not short on time and should be focusing on getting everything right so the customers WANT to RETURN!!
